      Purchased 11/18/24. Very difficult to put in your ear. Uncomfortable. After wearing for most of one day, my right jaw was in pain when I tried to chew a hot dog. Contacted by email on 11/28.24 for a return label and again twice on 12/3/ for a return label. No response. Not even an acknowledgement.

      I am unable to use these hearing aids even after trying the instructions they sent me. I am 84 yrs old and have arthritis in my hands and cannot handle the small hearing aids. I contacted the support email address on 11/26/2024 and again a few days later. Last date was today, 12/5/2024. No contact from them at all. I received my product on 11/14/2024. I have my order paper in hand. I am well under the date to return these for a full price. Can't do that without hearing from Oricle. Help!!!

      Poor return policy. Wont let you return if opened, how are you to try them if you cant open and try on??

      Ive contacted them twice since this email and still havent told me how they want them returned. I have all the original packaging to do so, but no word on where to send it.

      This has been a mess trying to return this product. They have tried every stalling tactic they can. They dont send any return paperwork or even give you a copy of your order when they send it out.Dont make the mistake we did - avoid this seller.

      Ordered 1 pair was billed for 2. Called and cancelled order next morning! Order never shipped! Only received credit for 1. Called them said would credit me back within 10 business days. Waited 10 days time again then called them back says will have to escalate again Now still waiting after 20 days still no credit back to my card. Was told supervisor will call me. Don,t buy from this company, just lieers!

      I sent in a previous complaint on this very website this month regarding my mother trying to return for a refund. Their websites states 100% satisfaction with no qualifiers on returns. They just sent me their standard explanation that they are transparent on their return policy. So, now my 85 year old mother has useless hearing aides they won't accept returns on as it is opened. Have you ever heard of not being about to return something you never opened? How would you know if it works for you if you don't open it!
      I just went online to see the review & it shows that I already responded and that the case was deemed satisfactory by me and it's closed. I did NOT respond, I did NOT send that, I was never given the opportunity to rebut or argue or respond. WHO wrote that response, as it was NOT ME. I think this company makes its money by scamming the elderly which is DESPICABLE. PLEASE--if you are thinking of buying from this company, please read all reviews on this website versus what they put on their own website. BUYER BEWARE!!

      If you try on the hearing aid isn’t able to be returned. I got stuck in that scam. The hearing aid is too large for my ear. Too bad is their policy. You must try on to see if they fit to be able to hear. No go for returning. Bad business policy for a medical device such as a hearing aid. Buyer beware

      The product is Ok, but my Mother chose another kind of hearing aid, so I tried to return the Oricle's and went to a Chat Room thinking that would be easier then calling someone because I was at my work trying to take care of this. I told the Chat Room guy that I needed to return product and how do I need to go about doing so. He send me a form that would cost me $5.00 to file return, but it said the $5.00 would be returned. Two things about this: #1: If you are charging me $5.00 to file a form and then state that it will be returned then why bother at all with the whole process. This is just a way to get card numbers so that you have them to fraud. ( I did not continue on). #2 The price I paid was higher then what is advertised now. I paid $125 and they are not advertised for $99. And I'll just about bet you that if I call them and ask about this they would say, "Oh, so sorry they just went on sale, you just missed that price," This whole is just a scam. Shame on them for taking advantage of people. Why don't they get a real job? There are plenty our there to choose from. Thank you.
