      I just returned mine. My ears are small and didnt fit comfortable, yes I changed the ear bud tips to the smallest. My ears are too small for it to fit . Disappointing. Plus the $99.00 pair should have the noise cancellation too . I dont understand how people can hear better with the noise background and the echo. Had to pay $13.00 for return shipping which was more than the $8.95 and your already deducting from my total refund? So Im paying for 2 return costs? shipping costs and a $8.95 return processing and restocking fee.Also you state no questioned asked but when I called to get the *** code the representative asked why . (Absolutely! Were so confident youll love your Oricle hearing aids that we offer a hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return them within 30 days for a refundno questions asked!)I did like the quality and the price but the price isnt worth it if you dont mind not having the noise cancellation. Its unfortunate because I was looking for a small hearing aide with good sound.

      Return policy stated you could return ( no questions asked) minus shipping. They were returned because they did not fit my ears. I paid $99 and was reimbursed $17 for something I tried to wear twice.

      I appreciate your assistance. I have decided I no longer want the product. I have read too many complaints about them . I want a full refund of my purchase price and would appreciate receiving that as soon as possible. Please advise when I can expect to receive that.

      Hello. I just ordered 1 set of your Oricle hearing aids. just want to point out that as I was reading some of the reviews of the hearing aids, I noticed a discrepancy. In one response about a return if the package had been opened, someone said that it WAS possible to return an opened package, as long as it was returned in the original packaging. However, just 2-3 reviews later, someone was told by you that, due to hygiene issues, the hearing aids were no longer returnable. However, you did process a return for both of those cu. So, which of these is it? Are they truly returnable, or not. Id like to know, in case I end up needing to return mine as well.

      My experience with this company has been excellent. Their customer service and support is excellent. Fast response from **** and roaring Fast shipping with professional packaging. If you examine the negative reviews you will spot the obvious issues are mostly misunderstanding by the customer. I ordered, paid, and received an immediate response from the customer service department when I needed to revise the shipping address. The shipping department promptly changed it and sent a tracking number. Their customer service is second to none. Have a blessed day.

      My story is the same as **** *. What a scam! I cant get a hold of them on the phone or through email. The quality of sound is very poor. What a goober I am. No stars for them, subtract one from my rating! Theyre just there to hurt people.

      This company is a scam. First they charged me for two sets of hearing aids when I ordered one set. Then, when I wanted to return them, they gave no information about to do so despite repeated requests. Finally, these "hearing aids" are nothing more than amplifiers, which do little to solve a hearing problem. I suspect the positive reviews are simply made up by the company.

      Their website says satisfaction guaranteed which implies an easy return process, but it is nothing of the sort. My husband decided he was dissatisfied with the hearing aids 24 days after delivery. They have a 30 day window to file a return. You need to contact them for a return authorization number and a mailing addressyou cant just send them back. For 2 days they tried to convince me to keep them. They actually suggested giving them to someone else as a gift! One stalling technique after another, obviously trying to brush me past the window for returning them. Also, when we ordered them, we added a set of replacement tips. I was unaware that this is a recurring monthly charge! It must be hidden in fine print, or a box that is automatically checked. A complete scam. Buyer beware!

      Very difficult to get them to provide return authorization or shipping instructions.Every request is met with another sales tactic. These did not work for my husband and they are very evasive providing return authorization.I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge. Their website clearly states no hassle returns - no questions asked. That is not the service they provide.

      They did not fit mother's ear canals. I sent multiple emails to obtain returning/refund instructions. No responses. I finally called. They said I had 30 days to return and today was the 30th day. The *** was kind to put in a request for refund, minus $8.00 restocking fee and $4.95 shipping (shipping that I paid!). Whatever, I'll just pay that to get my refund. Oh then I had to pay shipping to send it back.
