1 starMy husband and I ordered hearing aids from Oricle Hearing Aids in January 2025. We ordered 2 of the Oricle Pro Hearing Aids and one Oricle 2.0 Hearing Aid. These hearing aids are c*** They are an amplifier and definitely not a hearing aid as stated on their website. Their website shows they will provide a 100% return within 30 days of date of delivery. After trying the "hearing aids" for several days, we called the phone number listed on their website as well as the phone number listed with the hearing aid packets as it was the same phone number; however, when we called the phone number, an automated message stated "we are not accepting calls". We then emailed Oricle Hearing Aid and requested a 100% refund as well as an address to return the hearing aids to. It was several days before we received a response back from them via email. Their response was a generic reply. The response did not address any of topics stated in our email. We have emailed them again requesting 100% refund and an address to return the hearing aids to. As of today, we have not received a response back from Oricle Hearing Aid. Do not order any of their products as their products are nothing like described in their website.Oricle Hearing Aids

We also want to address the issue that you have with the Oricle Hearing Aid. Here are some other tips to ensure proper use:
1. Volume Too High: A higher volume can increase sound pressure, which may cause sound leakage and lead to feedback. Try lowering the volume slightly to minimize sound leakage.
2. Incorrect Wearing: If the microphone is inadvertently covered, it can cause feedback. Avoid covering the microphone when handling your hearing aids, and make sure youre wearing the left and right hearing aids on the correct ears for a proper fit.
3. Hearing Aids Turned On Before Wearing: Turning on the hearing aids before they are properly positioned may lead to feedback. We recommend keeping the hearing aids off before placing them in your ears. They will automatically turn on about 12 seconds after being worn.
4. Microphone Coverage: Ensure that the microphone (sound inlet) remains uncovered after wearing, as this will help minimize feedback. Check that the microphone is clear and not obstructed by anything after youve put on the hearing aids.

1 starMy cognitively impaired mother-in-law was somehow enticed into purchasing 3(!) pairs of hearing aids from this company. I asked them to cancel the order before it shipped, but they didn't. I told them I would be returning them unopened and asked how to make that happen. They responded with all the reasons I shouldn't (they make great gifts!) and no information about how to return them. I repeated my intention and asked how to return them. They responded that to get a "Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where and how to send your return package," I would need to send them a list of the items I want to return and their condition. I did that a week ago and have yet to hear back from them. I will edit this review as updates occur.Oricle Hearing Aids

1 starOn 1/7/25 I saw an ad for the Oricle Hearing Aids, on sale for $99 per pair. I Thought maybe they would be good as a backup pair since I was without hearing aids for 3 weeks while mine were being repaired. I started filling out the order form, but when I reached the cost part I noticed that the total was $304 (I also ordered a set of 6 hearing aid tips for $8 and an upgrade to the Pro series for $49. so I went back to check to verify the advertised cost. While I was doing this, I received a confirmation for my order. I immediately sent an email indicating that I had not placed the order -this was less than 3 minutes after the confirmation email. I received a response that the order had already shipped. But I could return it with a fee of $8.95. At this time, I noted that my credit card had already been charged. I sent another email indicating that I had not placed the order. When I actually received the order (the packing slip was dated 1/12/25), I decided that as long as they were here, I would try them. They were terrible, the sound was very distorted. I sent another email stating that I wanted to return them and, according to their return/refund policy, I was requesting an RMA number and instructions for return. No response. I tried calling the number but got a message ,that they are not accepting calls. Yesterday I sent another email, again requesting an RMA number so I could return the hearing aids. Still no response. I tried calling again today, same message - they are not accepting calls. At this point I dont know what else to do, but I did want to alert others to their practices.Oricle Hearing Aids

1 starThis company is a scam. I ordered hearing aids for me and my wife but are needing to return them. I need to get an authorization code in order to return them. I have emailed them 4 times and yet have not heard anything back from them. Their website states "we offer a hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return them within 30 days for a refund-no questions asked." I am afraid to send them back because their website also states "your return must be approved and the return must be received within 45 days of the date of delivery".They do not respond to emails nor answer their phone. 1 starI ordered and tried the Oricle Pro hearing aids and found them unsatisfactory to my needs. I already use hearing aids and am very familiar with their use. So, my requests by email to Oricle customer service has been very disappointing and terribly frustrating. Since January 6, 2025 I’ve been in continuous communication with them and I just get delays and promises for a smooth and accurate process for refund; and I needed to confirm the ordered item and state if the package was opened, unopened, used or unused before they give me the RMA (return authorization) and instructions for returning. They remind me that refund will have a $8.95 return processing fee deducted and no refund will be issued after 30 days of delivery date. So, to date, I STILL am waiting for the RMA and instructions. I believe they are deliberately stalling and have ignored my continued requests for their prompt response for my refund. To the Better Business Bureau and to Oricle Hearing Aids:??Yes, certainly it has been very disappointing and frustrating, since I began my request for a refund back on January 7, 2025. Since then Oracle Hearing Aids customer support has been repeatedly stonewalling my continued requests for *** and instructions, by ignoring my prompt and complying responses! In fact, I did answer their January 26th email, by referring them to my email reply sent on January 17th, wherein I answered their requirement to tell them about the ordered item, its condition, packaging conditions: if opened or unopened, used or unused, etc. That should have satisfied their deliberate and delaying required answers before sending the ***. I am attaching the photocopies of these previous emails below.
