      I purchased the Oracle hearing aids which advertise free easy returns when I tried to return they kept trying to sell me more things offered me a $50 gift card, but I insisted on return. They also stated that I needed to keep them long enough for my brain to adjust to them, which would put me past the 30 day return period. I did not like the product at all the free return is not free and they also Said that they would be deducting for my warranty that I didnt know I even purchased. I Im not happy with the product or the service that I have received. I am still trying to return the hearing aid.

      doesn't hold charge, stop working when I am away from home

      We also want to address a potential issue that could be causing the difficulty you're experiencing with the hearing aids. One common reason for malfunctioning or lack of response is that the battery may be depleted. If this is the case, please try charging your hearing aids for a couple of hours. They should be fully charged within that time, and giving them a little more time to power up may resolve the issue. 

      Additionally, here are some other tips to ensure proper charging:
      - **Incorrect Placement:** Please make sure the hearing aids are placed correctly in the charging case, with the left (L) hearing aid in the left (L) charging slot and the right (R) hearing aid in the right (R) charging slot.
      - **Unpowered Adapter:** If the charging case itself isnt powering up, please confirm that the adapter is properly plugged in and receiving power. If everything seems in order, you might want to try unplugging the charging cable and replugging it in to ensure it's securely connected.
      - **Charging Cable Issues:** If the charging cable seems to be malfunctioning, please try using another compatible cable to rule out any issues with the cable itself.

      I reporting your VERY LOUSY Customer Service to people on line. I started my return request December 19th and again on 12/20. Then on December 27th I answer your questions about what I had opened, used and not used etc. Your instructions said after I submitted that information you would send me return instructions etc. This did not happen and on January 2 I asked where your response was. You NEVER responded to me!! I’m sure now you are going to say more than 30 days have passed and I can no longer get a refund. HOWEVER that 30 days is without YOUR RESPONSE to my responses to you. I want to give you back your aids and I WANT MY REFUND minus the $8.95 charge as I have followed your procedures. If you answer me this time and follow through with my refund I will acknowledge that in my review. If that doesn’t occur the review will include that information and add to the lousy review. I will provide all the LOUSY customer service, the lack of your following your procedures as to returning the product and being refunded my money. I will encourage people to NOT DO BUSINESS with your UNETHICAL Company.

      I was unable to get any response from repeated requests for help with the product. I do NOT recommend these hearing aids. When I try to call the "help" number I get a message that they are not accepting calls.

      Wish I had the reviews before ordering. Had a feeling I would have trouble. Did get an *** and sent everything back per their instructions. *** tracking shows my return was delivered and signed for Jan 30th. No response from my emails today asking status of refund. Fully expect to be ripped off. And, fact you cannot buy extra domes except when hearing aids are ordered is totally ridiculous. This is just another reason to buy locally and have an actual person with whom you can communicate.

      The tracking number, copy of tracking receipt and copy of *** receipt the day it was sent was all emailed to Oricle yesterday. I have done everything according to their instructions. They need to process the refund now.

      Bad company or outright fraud. Wish I had seen these reviews first. Ad came up on game, ordered 12/23/24 (OE155416) based on small size fitting in ear. Product received was not same as pictured (FRAUD) and will not fit, therefore unusable so contacted for refund. Got RMA# and returned 1/8/25, delivered to them 1/10/25. No refund so called but now not receiving calls. Have emailed multiple times - no response. In dumping all info to press appropriate charges, I see a $9.99 was added for a warranty I did not order. Another fraudulent business practice. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They need to go out of business... They obviously do not know how to run an honest business.

      All the fancy apologies like this and the others posted to other customer's experiences, only go to prove you do not know what "customer service" is! I have sent the tracking number and told you exactly when and where it was delivered per your instructions. The fact you apparently have no process in place to receive and correlate returns with complaints just shows how bad your business is! Also you know the size issue is not about the ear dome... It is about picturing an aid small enough to be inserted in the ear canal so that a protruding whisker is needed to extract it. The ones you ship are so big that they hang out, looking terrible and easily falling out. My original posting labeled this business as a FRAUD and you continue to prove my point the longer it takes to process my refund!!!

      We also want to address the issue with the size of the hearing aids. Oricle Hearing Aids come with three different sizes of ear domes to ensure a better fit, and we recommend trying the other sizes to see if they may provide a more comfortable experience. It’s common for users to initially struggle with the fit, and adjusting to the right size can often improve comfort and performance.

      We’d also like to reassure you that we are transparent with our return process, including any associated fees, which are outlined on our website. We want to ensure that our customers have a clear understanding of our policies before making a purchase.

      As checked, our system indicated that there is no auto-pay associated with the order, and the extra charges is for the warranty that was added to your initial order.

      Also, our record shows that the RMA (no: *******) was sent to your email on 01/07/2025. The status is still on pending and we will be needing the proof of return or the tracking number to be sent via email  for the returned items so we can process the refund back to your account.

      We truly apologize for the delays in communication and the difficulty in contacting us. We are currently working on improving our response times and customer service processes to ensure a better experience in the future.
