      None of the fittings fit my ear. Even the smallest one will not fit. It will just net get into ear canal. I want to return them. I am just frustrated at this point.

      These people are a piece of work! Not only are their hearing aids crappy, there is no phone number to be found to talk to someone. They are a scam and need to be shut down immediately! I am saying this very thing every place on the web I can. Since there is no one to call for help these days, we have to figure out ways to shut these scam companies down ourselves by not buying their products especially the ones that target seniors! Seemingly, they are not in business to help us, rather to hurt us in our pocketbooks! I m out $139. DO NOT BUY!

One common reason for malfunctioning or lack of response is that the battery may be depleted. If this is the case, please try charging your hearing aids for a couple of hours. They should be fully charged within that time, and giving them a little more time to power up may resolve the issue. 

       Id like to offer a few suggestions to help improve your experience.

      - Cleaning the Microphone and Speaker: Over time, the microphone (sound inlet) or speaker (sound outlet) might become clogged, which can affect sound clarity. Using the cleaning tool provided in your package to clean these areas can help clear any debris and restore sound quality.

      - Adjusting the Volume: Sometimes, low volume settings can make sound seem unclear or muted. Try increasing the volume slightly to see if this enhances the clarity.

      - Assessing Your Hearing Needs: Oricle Hearing Aids are optimized for individuals with mild to moderate hearing loss (up to 50 dB). If your hearing loss is more severe, you may benefit from a higher-power hearing aid designed to amplify sounds more effectively. Please feel free to reach out if youd like assistance in selecting a hearing aid that best suits your needs.

      - Adapting to Background Noise: If youre newly using hearing aids, its normal to perceive regular environmental sounds as "background noise." This is because your ears are suddenly exposed to a wider array of sounds after a long period without them. We recommend starting with short wear periods (one to two hours daily) in quiet environments. Gradually, as you become comfortable, you can increase the wearing time and start using your hearing aids in noisier settings. With time, youll typically find that background noise becomes less noticeable.

      Tried all fittings for ear plugs. All give some feed back. Obviously not fitting them correctly. They have little or no impact on hearing ability!!

      Additionally, here are some other tips to ensure proper use:

      1. Volume Too High: A higher volume can increase sound pressure, which may cause sound leakage and lead to feedback. Try lowering the volume slightly to minimize sound leakage.

      2. Incorrect Wearing: If the microphone is inadvertently covered, it can cause feedback. Avoid covering the microphone when handling your hearing aids, and make sure youre wearing the left and right hearing aids on the correct ears for a proper fit.

      I would like to leave zero stars. NO legitimate phone number, NO responses to multiple requests for refund of bogus charge, finally after chatting, received multiple emails encouraging me to keep and gift to someone else. NO customer service despite their repeated statements insisting they have good customer service. STAY AWAY, you won't receive satisfactory responses.

      How interesting that I should receive an apology to my Oricle review on the very same day that I tracked my return package through **** Amazing to me that less than a week after receiving instructions from Oricle at ************************** I should discover that, according to *** tracking, the receiver has moved. On April 8, 2025, I was instructed to "Send it to: ******************************************************************************************************" [NOTE: the address in the instructions was in a bold font. So the frustration continues and the apology is weak to say the least.

      I give one star because there isnt the option to give zero and merely to say Oricle is a total scam! The product is horrible, **************** is non existent and the phone number provided hangs up on me without the option to speak at all. If Oricle is allowed to continue to steal money from senior citizens and the other disabled mentioned here then it confirms that the world is going to h*** in a hand basket! Dont get caught in their scam like I did!

      I ordered the oricle hearing aids. Was supposed to get an email saying when they were coming. No email. Got them about 2 weeks later. Tried them for 5 days. The smallest tips are too big. They dont stay in my ears. Sent an email and received a reply back right away with ideas to make them work to keep them. I emailed back multiple times to move forward with the return. Was told I needed a return authorization to return if I wanted to move forward. I replied and received no reply back. Going on a week with no replies. I have emails twice a day to return. Still no reply. Want my money back!

      BE AWARE, These Hearing Aids are just amplifiers. Don't be fooled by their Money Back Guarantee if not satisfied. This company is a joke and scammer. When you try to get a refund, they drag out the process until it's 30 days past your delivery date. At that point you broke their return agreement and they will refuse your refund. Don't waste your money on a too good to be true company, ORICLE.
