1 starI chose these because my other ones are old and I wanted to up grade. Nothing wrong just old. These hearing aids are ok. Just ok. Why? Hold 4 secs for this. Hold two seconds for that. Even at the lowest volume I still get hissing, not feedback, not constant just intermittently. Changing modes is a big pain. Biggest complaint? You have to do ALL of this while they're in the ear. Very inconvenient. My old ones? Turn on and put in. Simple. I haven't decided what to do yet.Oricle Hearing Aids

We recommend starting with shorter wear periods in quiet environments (about 1-2 hours daily) and gradually increasing the time as you become more comfortable. As you continue to wear them, the background noise should become less noticeable, and the hearing aids will perform more naturally.
Also, Oricle Hearing Aid come with a volume control that can be adjusted to your preference for optimal sound. If the hearing aids do not seem to be functioning as expected, we encourage you to adjust the volume settings to find a comfortable level. Sometimes, small adjustments can make a significant difference in the hearing experience.

3 starsThe hearing aids worked good but I had to return them because I couldn't get them to stay in my ears. Sitting they stayed in but when active with the body they kept falling out. I'm very active, a jogger, and just couldn't keep them in.I sent them back this week, but where this business is not BBB accredited I hope I get my money back. ***** *******Oricle Hearing Aids

4 starsSo far the hearing aids are making a difference. Especially the left one, that is the one I feel I am a little deaf in! I can't believe the difference when I take it out. The only negative thing is they billed me for something I did not order. I am not even sure what it is, and it has not arrived yet!! It may be the little coverings for the hearing aides. I deliberately did not order these until I saw if the hearing aides worked, however, I was billed for something, and I wonder if that is what it is.Oricle Hearing Aids

1 stari have reached out to ****** to cancel my automatic monthly ear tip order, which i do not remember adding at all. Your customer service reached out to ask if i really wanted to do that, which i replied i did but i have heard nothing but survey asking about the customer service i received the day before. As another reader wrote, your phone number states what time it is opened for calls but recording states it is closed. I too am wondering about scam order. 1 starPurchased these hearing aids last month. they do not work. there is no phone number anywhere to call and speak to anyone. and i got charged today for a subscription for items i cant even use because the hearing aids dont work! this is a HUGE SCAM. 1 starUpdating a review submitted on 5/20/25. After submitting it, I attempted to email customer service again to request return authorizations. After 5 email exchanges over three hours ending at around 1:30AM, I received the authorization to return the hearing aids. The refund is around $35 less than I paid because of them deducting return shipping and restocking fees!Oricle Hearing Aids
