2 starsHearing aid works, but due the difficulty of setting it right because the one button adjustment system, it requires to go full circle if the button is accidentally pressed twice example. The fact that also the mode is on the same button it is easy to set that also wrong. If person like me have a very bad hearing, the battery life can be very short. For me about 2hrs. Also the charging system is off as everything has to be off while charging and it is easy to forget of miss due handling the small device and there is no indication anywhere the hearing aids are really off or not. So I only use the hearing aids when really needed badly and hope they last long enough for the what usually is a meeting or appointment. One other point is that at least for me I can't use them where the music is involved as it causes strange distortion if the level is high like in church and the problem also effect hearing speech in location where there is echo. So, they work, but have a limited usability for people like me that has fairly big hearing problem. But if funds are issue as for me, then they work as a stop cap until better once are withing reach. The price difference though is huge. Like around $5000 so that kind of put things in perspective.Review fromJohn R

5 starsI can't believe what these aids did. I have tried several different aids from different vendors. These are the only ones that actually worked. From the minute I got them out of the box. I could hear my wife talking to me. I could hear the TV at normal volume. I could hear sounds that I haven't heard in quite awhile. 1 starYes I want to file a complaint with the Oricle Hearing ************ I've been trying to get them to tell me how to return their product because these Aids are junk, the right one won't even power off so that it can be recharged, I've used way better Hearing Aids in the past, they are nothing like I was expecting or hoping for, and now they are giving me the run around about me being able to return them back for a full refund. **** A ******Oricle Hearing Aids

Regarding your concern about powering off the device: please note that the hearing aid can be manually turned off by pressing and holding the function button for approximately 4 seconds. This should allow you to power down the unit for recharging or storage.

1 starHorrible service no numbers listed I tried to return them took me 10 days to have anybody respond to me then of the $196 I paid up front she deducted shipping the deducted repackaging and several other items and finally agreed to refund me about $140, they kept the rest most dishonest unethical treatment I've ever received... So hearing aids didn't fit and didn't work In addition to the horrible horrible service be aware these people are making 50 bucks a person on returns and doing nothingOricle Hearing Aids

4 starsWell since you asked, I wonder why $10.89 for shipping is deducted off my refund when the original invoice indicated that the shipping charge to me, was $9.99. It is a minor amount and other than that, the customer service and response time to my refund request was excellent. Also, your company does a pretty good job of "hiding" the refund processing deep in your advertising so the customer is likely not aware that a refund would be charged that fee. Oh it is there in the refund policy but is buried well. I can imagine that almost all yourcustomers are unaware of it when they order hearing aids.Oricle Hearing Aids

How to Insert Your Oricle Hearing Aid Using the Pull Thread:1. Prepare the Hearing *************start="495" data-end="498">- Make sure your hearing aid is clean and fully charged before inserting it.
2. Locate the *********************start="607" data-end="610">- You will find a small pull thread attached to the hearing aid, which is designed to help you easily insert and adjust it.
3. Position the Hearing *************start="768" data-end="771">- Hold the body of the hearing aid (the part that rests behind your ear) and gently insert the earpiece (the small part) into your ear canal. Position it comfortably, ensuring it fits securely.
4. Use the *********************start="994" data-end="997">- After the hearing aid is positioned in your ear, gently pull on the pull thread to adjust the hearing aid further into your ear canal for a snug and secure fit.
