      I'd leave zero stars if possible. For a site that primarily helps older people the checkout process is confusing and completely flawed. My poor mother went through the checkout process 2x thinking the first time was not successful. She ended up with 3 pairs of hearing aids. I called to help her send back one of the pairs. No one answers the phone. It takes multiple emails and many days for someone to answer via email. When the *** finally answered me about initiating a return, her back-and-forth ***lies with me were completely idiotic, and I felt as if they were an attempt to run the clock so that the 30-day return window would close. The customer service is nonexistent. My mom ended up paying more than $25 to return the hearing aids and got refunded nearly $50 less than what she had paid due to a bunch of random fees that they charged her. What a crock! What is even better is that now they are charging a monthly recurring fee that she never agreed to for ***lacement tips! ~$20/month! Absolute madness. Of course, no one answers the emails requesting this recurring charge be stopped. Had to cancel her credit card instead...Keep your loved ones away from this company. What a mess they are! Worse, she can't even hear better with either of the pairs that she ended up keeping. :(

      The aids seem to work fine. Directions for volume and buttons is very vague. They are comfortable, but will take a little getting used to.

      We also appreciate your comments on the directions and want to offer some tips to ensure you're using the hearing aids to their full potential:

      Volume Too High: A higher volume can increase sound pressure, which may cause sound leakage and lead to feedback. Try lowering the volume slightly to minimize sound leakage.

      Incorrect Wearing: If the microphone is inadvertently covered, it can cause feedback. Avoid covering the microphone when handling your hearing aids, and make sure youre wearing the left and right hearing aids on the correct ears for a proper fit.

      Hearing Aids Turned On Before Wearing: Turning on the hearing aids before they are properly positioned may lead to feedback. We recommend keeping the hearing aids off before placing them in your ears. They will automatically turn on about 12 seconds after being worn.

      Microphone Coverage: Ensure that the microphone (sound inlet) remains uncovered after wearing, as this will help minimize feedback. Check that the microphone is clear and not obstructed by anything after youve put on the hearing aids.

      Have been wearing the "high end" hearing devices for many years. Didn't give the *** devices much credence as I was under the impression they only amplified sounds and couldn't filter out background noises. After experiencing issues on several occasions with the name brand devices and incurring wait times and extra expenses while they were sent back to the manufacturer for repair, rebuild and adjustments I decided to give these a try. A lot better budget friendly than the name brand and I have to say the sound quality and user friendly controls is outstanding. If there is one issue that I'm having it would have to be trying to find the correct ear bud that doesn't irritate the inside of my ear after wearing for a short time. I'm hoping to find the right fit soon as it's great to be able to hear again on a lot of conversation I was missing out on. I would not hesitate to purchase these again should the need ever arise.

      Took a while to figure out how to insert them properly. I was using a behind the ear model. It seems the ear buds might be a tad to large, even the smallest ones I'll see if I can get smaller ones at the drug store.After I worked with them a few days a finally got them to work.       They do not cancel background noise. The right one does not hold the charge at all. The left one hold the charge for 2 hours not for 20 hours and the background noise is bad on
      both!! Not satisfied with this purchase !! I mean what else can you say these ?? earbuds don't work at all !!
      Please refund my money ASAP !!!

      Regarding the loud chirping noises, I would like to offer some clarification. If you are new to using hearing aids, its common to experience background noise, especially as your ears adjust to hearing a wider range of sounds. It can take time for your brain to become accustomed to all the environmental sounds around you. We recommend starting with shorter wear periods in quiet environments (about 1-2 hours daily) and gradually increasing the time as you become more comfortable. As you continue to wear them, the background noise should become less noticeable, and the hearing aids will perform more naturally.

      Additionally, here are some other tips to ensure proper charging:
      - **Incorrect Placement:** Please make sure the hearing aids are placed correctly in the charging case, with the left (L) hearing aid in the left (L) charging slot and the right (R) hearing aid in the right (R) charging slot.
      - **Unpowered Adapter:** If the charging case itself isnt powering up, please confirm that the adapter is properly plugged in and receiving power. If everything seems in order, you might want to try unplugging the charging cable and replugging it in to ensure it's securely connected.
      - **Charging Cable Issues:** If the charging cable seems to be malfunctioning, please try using another compatible cable to rule out any issues with the cable itself.

      Purchased hearing aids knowing says 30 day money back if not satisfied. No one answers phone says to email. Have sent 4 emails. No response, are they waiting til 30 days are past? Should not be allowed to post a number to call that says email us and then emails are not answered! Was not satisfied with purchase, would not have ordered has it not said money back if not satisfied.
