      I would leave zero stars if I could. I purchased the upgraded hearing aids . However my hearing problem is more serious than these hearing aids could resolve so I want to return them. Their return policy states you need a return authorization and they will send you a refund if returned within 45 days with no questions asked. Some websites state 60 days to return. I have asked for a return authorization 11 times and still have not received a response. $177 is not pocket change! A total RIP OFF, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

      Regarding your return request, we did respond to your inquiry multiple times, including our last email sent on February 25, 2025. In that message, we asked for your confirmation to proceed with the return process and for any additional information required to move forward. However, we have not received a response from you since then.

      To help resolve this matter promptly, please respond to our last email, and we will gladly issue you the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number so that you can complete your return within the stated timeframe.

      Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We are committed to ensuring this issue is resolved to your satisfaction.

      Unfortunately, I do not agree with you. Your companys lack of communication is evident. I sent 12 emails requesting an ***. Of those 12 emails there was 1 response asking for the reason for return, which I responded with the reason for the 2nd time. Two of your responses were exactly the same boiler plate message highlighting several benefits of keeping hearing aids and if not for me I could give it to someone else. In your email of 2/25/25, you stated that a refund would be made if hearing aids were returned within 30 days of delivery. It seems to me that you waited until the 30 days had passed so that you can refuse a return for refund. I did reply on 2/25/25 email asking for an RMA. That was my 11th request. My last request for *** was 3/19/25. Here are the dates of my emails:1/13/25, 1/15/25, 1/25/25, 1/30/25, 2/2/25, 2/3/25, 2/7/25, 2/17/25, 2/19/25, 2/24/25, 2/25/25, 3/19/25. If you like I can provide further detailed email information.For the 12th time, can I please have an RMA!

      Hearing aids passed my expectations. Went to Miracle Ear and tried out their best hearings aids and the ones I got from Oricle compare well to Miracle Ears $8500 hearing aids. I got the Pro model and am more than happy.

      I ordered Oricle Hearing Aids for my mother who is 90 years old. I requested information for a return of items because she was not pleased with the product. They have not responded to my emails except to stop sending and charging my credit card for monthly replacement tips. They give you 45 days to test their product. No word from them about the return address. If you call a number on merchandise it states its corporate office and hangs up. They have ignored me to reach 45 days deadline on March 15. What can I do?

On 02/25/2025, we responded to your email offering assistance on how to properly use the hearing aid, but we did not receive a response from your end. Regardless, we have already processed your return request, and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number has been sent to your email today for your convenience. You can now proceed with the return using the details provided.

      Additionally, we have canceled the subscription for the monthly replacement tips, and you will not be charged again in the future.

      Purchase this hearing aid, emailed them 3 times to cancel and stop sending ear tips. One unit did not fit my husbands ear and kept falling out. We asked to replace it-NO RESPONSE. More frustrating is the lack of communication of this company. They refer to send inquiries via email; but they DO NOT REPOND! *************. Not in junk mail either.

      They look just like the hearing aids I paid $5,000 in 2017. Didn't have the little tip cover as they were custom. I have been using them for 3 days, all day, and recharging night. The fit is good, wish I could leave off the cap, but I didn't see that as an option. They fit great, not as far in my ear as the custom, but to look at me face forward you can't see that I wear them. Love the charging at night...they charge, I sleep! Better than batteries as I never knew when one would go out. The ability to adjust the sound and the location, ie noisy, crowded vs quiet room is wonderful! Wore them bowling, changed noise setting and I could hear my teammates!!! Love these hearing aids! I ordered on line took a chance and am completely satisfied!

      I am not sure about them as had trouble getting them to work and once I did I didn't notice any difference than without them. If they don't get better I will try to return them but from the reviews about that it is a difficult process.

If the hearing aids do not seem to be functioning as expected, we encourage you to adjust the volume settings to find a comfortable level.       Purchased hearing aids knowing says 30 day money back if not satisfied. No one answers phone, says to email. Have sent 3 emails. No response, are they waiting til 30 days are past? Should not be allowed to post a number to call that says email us and then emails are not answered! Every time I sent an email asking for the *** number I gat an email selling something else. They said they wont accept the hearing aids without the *** number on it, but they wont send the number.
