1 starordered the hearing aids on Feb 20th haven't received them yet, they said they were sending out another order haven't seen them either so now they have stopped replying to my emails and constant attempts to get my money refunded over $180 and cant get in touch with anyone. 1 starI ordered these, to try while on vacation, They didn't arrive on time. When i returned, the 30 day warranty was expired. The right Aid "whistled" and "beeped" constantly. The left aid was great! I contacted Oricle to get the right Aid replaced. Response was basically, the warranty is up, too bad! They didn't care when I explained about not getting them just a few days ago, due to not getting them until a few day prior to asking for a replacement. I tried to explain I didn't want to get a refund, that I just wanted the defective aid replaced. Basically I was told "too bad, so sad". After having several Emails ignored, I just gave up. It can take time for your brain to become accustomed to all the environmental sounds around you. We recommend starting with shorter wear periods in quieter environments (about 1-2 hours daily) and gradually increasing the time as you become more comfortable. As you continue to wear the hearing aids, the background noise should become less noticeable, and the aids should perform more naturally.
We completely understand that sometimes, it takes time to determine whether a product meets your expectations. However, as per our return policy, we are only able to accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. 1 starI ordered these hearing aids and immediately noticed that they aren't from the company I thought they were which is ******. I tried to cancel my order but was unable to. I was charged 4 separate charges on my credit card. I was able to get some cancelled but still have one charged and one pending. I have tried several times to reach the company. The phone is a recording and when you email you either get no response or an email that does you no good.
