      I sold a brand new **** Suede purse on Poshmark for $250. I shipped the correct item with proof. The buyer claimed she received the wrong item, shipped back a disgusting, broken, stained bag and Poshmark took her side and my money. This woman had never sold or bought anything from Poshmark before. Was 100% lying in order to get a free bag.

      I am rejecting this response because the buyer returned a completely different bag. It was used, stained, and torn. I shipped a brand new bag and lost $200 while the buyer got a free bag. She had never purchased or sold anything on Poshmark and has since deleted her account. She scammed myself and Poshmark and I would like the money I am owed.

      I am rejecting this response because: I shipped a brand new **** bag and the buyer, who has since deleted her account, took pictures of a completely different bag, lying and claiming I shipped the wrong bag. I have proof that I shipped the brand new $250 bag. She sent back a completely different bag - stained, torn, and without a label. She scammed myself and Poshmark and got away with a free bag while I lost $250

      Ordered size 8 shoes. Shoes do not fit. They are too small. I took a photo right away and submitted within their time frame and parameters. Was told they don't refund because of a size issue.Ordered a bag. Didn't appear to be real leather and had an unpleasant odor. Was told it fit the description and seller had no record of smelling items.

      This is in regards to Reference number ********- BBB said this is a duplicate complaint. it is NOT- same company different issue. I will state my case again. it has NOT been seen by POSHMARK and I want it to go to them for review.I am a seller and sold a pair of boots. ***** bought them through POSHMARK and I shipped them. when the buyer got the boots, the box had broken and there was just one boot. Kind of disappointing, but okay. BUYER told poshmark it was the post office fault, and I agree. I have sold from POSHMARK for years and never ever had this issue. POSHMARK told the buyer to send me back one boot. What on earth would I do with one boot. So Poshmark did not reimburse me, I would have only gotten 8 dollars on the deal, but I want the 8 dollars. I did nothing wrong- I sold 2 boots, got back 1 boot that was not sellable and i lost out. I want poshmark to do the right thing and reimburse me the money -8 dollars which is what i would have made and should have made. this is not a duplicate complaint. they have not had this- and NOBODY from poshmark responded to my 10 emails about this. THIS IS NOT DUPLICATE

      On 01/14/2025 i purchased a pair of shoes from poshmark for $********* order was supposed to be here no later than 01/17/2025 So a few days after the 17th i began checking tracking numbers quiet often, and the status on the tracking Never changed from (shippment label created). I have contacted poshmark several times requesting a redund and they keep tellin me i should pretty much just have patience and continue checkin the trackin on it and wait for my order. I also made an attempt to contact the seller, and it notified me that i couldnt clomplete the action because she had blocked me. Under my informed delivery it was showing up under incoming packages and then after the 17th of this month (the day it was supposed to be here by) it has completely disappeared from my informed delivery incoming packages. But when u click the tracking number link listed in the order confirmation email that i recieved when i purchased it it pulls up everytime it was updated. And there is a total of 2 updates on the trackin the 1st one is label created, and the 2nd one is **** electronic recipt of item for mailing excepted. And both of those updates were on the day day i made the purchase on the 14th this month.

      On Jan 20th I ordered a mink coat on Poshmark using my balance credit from previous sales I made on Poshmark and also my credit card. Two days later on Jan. 22nd I received a message from Poshmark that my item has been delivered in or at mailbox at ***** am Since I was homesick on that day, I opened my door , checked my mailbox and the package was not there. A few moments later I contacted the seller on Poshmark asking if the package was shipped in a box because upon checking the tracking it stated that it was delivered in my mailbox. My mailbox is small and only mails fits in my mailbox. I tried contacting Poshmark and their team said to check around , ask neighbors and go to the post office to ask if they can help locate the package. In the email Poshmark also stated that if the package is not found by the 27th of January I should reach back out. Which I did and now theyre not trying to help resolve the issue. The seller has been paid out and I still have not received my purchase . This has caused so much frustration. I paid $416.97 in total. Please help resolve this

      Complaint Against Poshmark Summary of Issue:I am filing this complaint against Poshmark for failing to pay me for a sold product, withholding funds from a withdrawal, and ignoring multiple messages about these issues.Incident Details:Unpaid Product Earnings ($255):On 11/17/2024, I sold soccer cleats to a buyer (@mariacisnero413) on Poshmark. Due to a **** delay, the delivery was late, but the buyer was understanding.Poshmark intervened, refunded the buyer, canceled the transaction, and blocked communication between me and the buyer.The product was delivered to the buyer, as confirmed by **** tracking, but I never received the $255 in earnings. I repeatedly requested compensation or the return of my product, but they ignored all messages.Withheld Withdrawal ($212):On 01/02/2025, I initiated a $212 withdrawal from my Poshmark account to my bank via direct deposit. While Poshmark states transfers take 23 business days, I have yet to receive the funds nearly a month ******** bank confirmed they received no deposit from them. I have successfully completed withdrawals in the past, typically within minutes.Account ********************************* suspended my account, alleging the products I sold were counterfeit. These claims are false, as my products were genuine. This unjustified suspension prevents me from resolving the issues outlined above.Resolution Sought:I request the following:Immediate release of my withheld $212 and confirmation of transfer to my bank account.Full compensation for the $255 soccer cleats delivered to the buyer.Reinstatement of my Poshmark account and a formal explanation of their actions.Attempts to Resolve:I sent over four messages to Poshmark, which were ignored. Despite my efforts to resolve this matter amicably, Poshmark has failed to respond or act.Conclusion:Poshmarks inaction and lack of communication are unacceptable.       I appreciate Poshmark's response; however, their suggestion to contact ******************************** is not a resolution. I have emailed Poshmark numerous times regarding this issue, yet they have consistently ignored my inquiries. It has now been over a month, and I still have not received my funds.
      This ongoing delay and lack of response demonstrate a disregard for users on their platform. My experience is not an isolated incidentmultiple sellers have reported similar issues, as evidenced by the attached reviews. The failure to address these concerns has significantly impacted my business operations and credit standing, causing financial harm.
      I urge Poshmark to take immediate action to resolve this matter. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue a formal claim for the damages I have incurred due to their inaction.
      I request a concrete resolution with a clear timeline for the release of my funds. Please escalate this matter accordingly.

      I placed an order on the 16th. The order was never shipped. The seller created a shipping label and that's it. Then never shipped it. I want a refund.       Poshmark just banned my account for no reason at noon. I didn't do anything. My products are selling well, but now I can't see any of my listings and I can't receive my balance. I'm a father of two children and I have no source of income. Is this bullying?

      I sold an item on Poshmark and the buyer did not pay for the item. I delivered this personally and the buyer has not marked it as delivered.I contacted Poshmark several times without resolution and they proceed the cancel the order regardless of the message chain on the order.I am requesting they release payment of the full sale price of $100 waiving their fee due to the lack of action.

      My account has not been able to list anything since the middle of December. All my listings were removed without notice. I have sent at least 5 emails Poshmark without any response. I have not had any issues with my sales. I had plenty of sales without issue and never received a rating below 5 stars. I would like someone to contact me with an explanation why and how to proceed going forward. I would like to be able to list and sell again on this platform.
