On 7.28.25 I ordered a Burberry scarf. Postmark never sent a confirmation of my order, never sent the scarf I ordered. I called them at ************. That number is out of service. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. I will never shop there again.

A costumer bought a ************* bag from me for $1385. I shipped it to the ** to get verified and got denied for no reason. The bag is authentic and it makes no sense to deny it. Now I have no bag and no money and they are refusing to help me. They saw my bag as a nice big paycheck and decided to keep it. Dont trust this platform. And dont sell anything valuable because they are scammers

I complained about a t-shirt that I bought - found out after buying it that the seller used a H&M images for the ad. Needles to say that the T-shirt was horrible, probably printed in a domestic regular printer on a piece of vinyl or plastic, ust impossible to wear it. Also there was "satisfaction guaranteed" in the ad, but actually no return/refund was accepted after the purchase, even without wearing/washing it. Anyway, when I complained to them about the seller, they just replied saying that "everybody knows that Poshmark is final sale" and couldn't do anything about it. So then, when I tried to REVIEW the seller with pictures of the product, they said that if I "insist with my complain I would be BANNED from Poshmark"!!! That was my first (and last) time buying with them and I've never sold anything online, so I really don't care about being banned, but I do care about SCAMMERS!! But, Poshmark doesn't care about the scammers they just want money. When I tried to message them again question about their policies, they just stopped answered me.

I just signed up for Poshmark to sell a couple of dresses I was going to use for wedding/wedding festivities that I ordered online and they weren't for me. So I went to sell them to try and recoup some money. On top of their ridiculous 20% fee, they state that they will release your funds for selling an item no later than 72 hours after your shipment is received. After 4 days of no released payment, I messaged them and they stated it would be another 72 hours. This is terrible business and they lie to you and do not uphold to their standards. I took the rest of my listings off there and will never sell or buy anything from there ever again and suggest you don't either. There's a reason they are not BBB accredited. Not sure I will ever see my money.

******. Poshmark wanted me to verify my bank account. They could verify my bank and advised me to set up an account with Revolut. They had me deposit 300. in this account. I went to ********************** to verify and the took ****** from me then came on and said their was an error and I needed to deposit ****** more in the account. I said no and ask them to send back my money. When I went out to this bank to dispute they ghosted me as did Poshmark. I will be filing a complaint against both with the *** and *******************

Im a Poshmark seller and have mostly had good experiences until recently. I handmade a Grateful Dead poncho and sold it to a gal. My profit would have been $50. She said that she didnt receive it and attempted to start the return process. Which didnt make sense to me at all. Why would you return something that you said you didnt receive? Then, she changed her story and said she did receive it, her apologies and that was the end of that. However, it wasnt because she didnt accept or confirm the purchase on Poshmark, which held up my funds. Ive been emailing support at Poshmark using their **************** email and sending data and documents showing the transaction and the conversation. I have not received any responses or communication from Poshmark on this matter and to make matters worse, my funds have not been released. I feel Im out $50 and that the seller has scammed me. It doesnt matter how many emails I try to send, Poshmark will not respond and theyre holding my funds. Ive done nothing wrong. The only thing I did was sell to the wrong buyer! I am not happy!

Have been a customer for many years. Bought a lot of stuff supporting that business. Nice attitude? Not at all. When I decided to change my password to a more secure one, I was unable to get the verification code to my email inbox as this service has been gone. I asked them to send the code for verification to another mailbox, which was also linked to the account, explaining the situation. They stopped replying. Just cut me off. With all my wish list, offers from sellers, purchase history. I hope business with such an attitude to customers will not last long.

Zero stars Poshmark blocked my account and falsely accused me to have suggested to a potential Poshmark buyer to communicate outside of Poshmark. I was not notified at all and absolutely dumbfounded. I immediately went through all of my comments on my Poshmark account and found that scam message. It was sent to me and not from me. It was one of many scam messages that are all over Poshmark. Scammers are trying to get Poshmark sellers to communicate outside Poshmark preferably via WhatsApp. I had responded to that suspicious message and stated that I do NOT communicate outside of Poshmark. After responding to Poshmark customer service and their false accusation via email and providing all the proof in writing ( message tread in Poshmark comment section) that I was the receiver of that unethical message and NOT the sender Poshmark customer service didn't acknowledge their mistake, but instead repeated their accusation by reminding me that I am not allowed to try and contact potential buyers by sending unethical messages. Obviously Poshmark customer service doesn't read emails, doesn't acknowledge mistakes, doesn't care about loyal customers.I will delete my ********************** account ************** learned.

I purchased a dress for over $80. The item I received was not what was described or depicted in the photos. I contacted supportbtwice and they will not assist me other than a $5 credit. The value of the item received is half of what I paid.

Awful experience after purchasing a purse that was listed as new. The blue purse came with multiple pink stains that were not described in the listing. I contacted the seller and no response. I tried to gently wipe the stains with soap and water and they did not come out. I sent the original photos of the purse when it arrived to Poshmark, which opened a claim. They quickly denied any discussion of the claim, stating I had "altered" the purse by attempting to get the stains out. Not only denying any discussion of the claim, they also completed the order so that the funds were released to the seller and I cannot even attempt to obtain any refund amount. I wasn't able to find anywhere on their website where it said an item that was misrepresented in the listing and where one attempts to get the stain out is ineligible for any refund or return and the purchase is final. ******** customer service. This was my last time using Poshmark and I deleted my account.
