I bought a tank top it was listed as a 2X When I recieved it didnt fit.i was deceived When comparing to my other 2x it didnt even compare.I requested a refund I was denied from Poshmark and the seller. Buyer beware! Your heart may be broken ?? My bid for an LV bag was accepted by Luxury Cheaper on Poshmark. I was so looking forward to my new *****! 40 hours later I was notified that Luxury Cheaper accepted my bid by accident and my purchase was canceled. LC said the bid was accepted by an employee by accident. I had NO support from Poshmark. Never again will I do business with them!

This place is a scam. I would stay far away from this company.

Worst customer service. They seem to favor the sellers more then the customer, I had 2 different sellers scam me with broken items, posh pretty much told me tough luck and told me I wouldn't be getting a refund. Posh is almost impossible to try and retun anything damaged or not working. this place seems to the perfect place for scamers.

I was scammed by someone pretending to be Poshmark Support. I contacted Poshmark and they did not respond. At this point, I don't know which responses are real and which ones are fraudulent. I received a message on Poshmark letterhead indicating that I needed to obtain a $500 gift card as an additional measure to protect buyers from sellers who were actual scammers. I'm new to Poshmark and I have over 100 items listed with another 100 -200 to list. I believe that the scammer also intercepted my emails to the real customer service department and I stupidly uploaded a $500 gift card. Everything seemed legit until these scammers asked for more money, and pretended to want to purchase about ************************************************************************* likes on the items included in the text and the person went ballistic. I won't allow these scammers to terrorize me. I have filed a police report, and filed a complaint with FTC and ***************************** I will be more careful moving forward. There are good people in the world - but this animalistic person(s) is missing a major component of their brain. Sad, just sad!

Poshmark doesnt authenticate for items below 500 and its definitely creating a bad environment for fake items! Recently bought ********** less than 500, and its fake! But Poshmark wont punish the seller nor took any responsibilities. Really bad experience

Horrible customer service.I purchased a purse and tried to return it and they told me no. Even after I told them about my situation. The deminsions were not listed and as soon as I saw that it was small as h*** .I immediately contacted them and explained what's happening.All they sent me was an automated response email . I got that automatic email like a million times . Everytime I tried to leave an email I'd get the same automated response.I'm so ****** and angry with how they treat our customers.

I am furious about a scammer that targeted me on Poshmark and almost stole money from my account. I had to call my bank. I thought I would be safe from that but this app is not safe and supports scammers
