      I ordered several items from different closets more than a week ago. When you order, youre automatically billed. One pair of boots never shipped and I eventually received a refund because they were supposedly damaged. However, they continued to appear on the sellers site. I reordered (not for original lower offer) but I still have not received them and no communication from seller after several messages. I solicited an offer for size 4X on another item. I received message that item was not available in size 4. I have ordered 4 other items and they have not been shipped either, again with no response from sellers. I have included Poshmark in the Conversation but they do nothing.automated response is I can cancel after so many days. (Then of course it can take up to 14 days for refund to be processed.)I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism, non responsiveness, eagerness to take money yet not ship/deliver and Poshmarks poor customer service. I will NOT use ********************** again. Way too stressful to not even get items.

      Poshmark tried to phish out of me over $400 when I was trying to create an account with them. Had to go through some verification steps to get it finalized, but when they started to send me SMS text messages once the first step verification option wasn't going through, they wanted me to verify my bank account number on another site and then after sending me a strange/odd text of doing a 'test payment transaction', they wanted me to approve (type in 'YES') for a 3-seconds transferring of $441.74 and in turn they would send it back to me. RED FLAG was alerted from my bank asking me did I approve that large amount to which I DID NOT approve that, so they locked my debit-card for scamming/phishing alert. Thank goodness I didn't approve it cause when I called my bank and talked to them about this, it was DEFINITELY a phishing attempt from somewhere in *****. I quickly deleted my account and told ********************** they are scammers. BE WARNED OF THEM!

      I signed up for the first time to buy a jersey. I read that buying items as a bundle is cheaper. So I created a bundle and counter offered. The seller then counter offered another price in which I countered one last time. The seller then also countered their last time and I accepted the sellers last offer. When I was going to check out, I got an error 1511. I emailed right away for them to send a holding email that I will receive a response in ***** hours. I couldnt wait that time because the offer expires 24hours. So I tried troubleshooting it myself in which Poshmark customers say its a glitch and the company has to unfortunately fix it as their software thinks Im a bot. I understood at that moment that Id lose that offer price but Poshmark didnt respond to me after 7 days. I reached out annoyed because after the 7th day, I had still not received a reply and then they responded to my email with a complete different name and didnt even resolve the issue and said Im glad you were able to place your order.First of all, thats not even my name or close to my name but also, I have NOT placed the order. Its so terrible. Sellers and buyers, please just use ****. poshmark is absolutely terrible.

      Two weeks ago my closet of 35 listings suddenly vanished. I've sent 3 requests to customer service and they have yet to get in touch with me. This is potentially causing me to lose sales and they could care less! This should not be allowed as a business.

      Negative stars. A seller used incorrect stock photos to represent the item they were selling and refused a refund, even though the photos showed an opaque pant and what I got was completely sheer. Poshmark denied my refund request even though the item I received is completely different than the photos used. The seller should not have been able to get away with using the wrong stock photos to draw attention to an item that was not even similar to the photos.

      If I could leave zero I would. I purchased a $50 mystery box and when I received it there were used lipsticks, missing items, most of the items were from Temu absolutely junk. There were also 4 boxes of tampons of all things and items that had profanity on them. Poshmark refused to accept my refund request and credited me a whole $5 for my next purchase. They can keep the insulting $ because I will never do business with them ever again.

      Ordered a supposed new item from Poshmark and was sent a used item that had been ordered and returned by someone from a ******* store. Couldn't assemble it because of damaged parts.

      Ordered a pair of boots and the order was confirmed and billed to my card. Two weeks passed and the seller never shipped the boots. Also, I reached out to them for a status and she never responded. I requested a refund which was processed. No we're sorry, we will address this with the seller, anything. I would recommend no one waste their time and money with Poshmark. ******* site and customer service.

      I purchased an item from a seller. It smelled so bad from cigarette smoke that I can't even keep it in the house. Poshmark told me that they can't verify the smell, so I'm out the $55.00. All buyers beware, this is one shady outfit. I have contacted my *********** and they are looking into it. I am sure after seeing all the reviews, I will get my money back. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

      Horrible experience first time. Item wasn't described properly and it wreaked of smoke. They wouldn't allow return.
