Poshmark is a third party platform used to sell clothing. This was my first purchase on Poshmark. I purchased the item from the seller which was not authentic as explained. Poshmark is refusing the claim, stating all sales are final. I feel cheated. This third party platform allows sellers to distribute copyright infringed illegal items at the buyers expense and doesnt hold them accountable. I wouldnt know the item isnt authentic until physically seeing it.. then Poshmark states all sales are final. The is horrible.Business Response

As stated within Poshmarks policy found here ******************************************* a user may report any issues within 3 days from date of delivery. Since the 3 day timeframe had passed, the funds were released to the seller. This action is irreversible and a return is no longer qualified.

I shipped a package and Poshmark is supposed to reimburse me via their Posh Protect Policy. They now require receipts and this is unreasonable because I sell more items and have not had many issues and they chose not to abide by their policy. Then as a seller when a buyer complained about an alleged stain, there was no stains and I posted all the pics and a video, & Poshmark sided with the buyer as a way to retaliate against me and prevent me from being paid when they have a no return policy. Poshmark is unethical and they dont abide by their policies and are not an ethical business.Business Response

Shoes were supposed to be new, arrived without box, incorrect shoelaces, and they were damaged during shipping because they were not packaged properly. I asked seller for a discount with photos for proof. The seller refused. I reported to Poshmark with evidence. I am rejecting this response because: the business did not provide a resolution and they lied in their response. Poshmarks response to my complaint is that they would email me and to please speak with them through their customer service email. Even though speaking with them through their customer service email has been ineffective and is the exact reason Ive escalated this complaint to BBB. As of February 4 at 8:12pm I have not received an email from Poshmark with a resolution. All that Poshmark has done with my situation is protect the seller and dismiss my complaint as a buyer even though this is my first complaint in over 5+ years of buying from Poshmark.

I sold two Denim Tears hoodies on Poshmark for a total of $148. I shipped one in size Small and one in size Medium, exactly as described in my listing. After receiving the items, the buyer submitted a claim saying that one of the hoodies was fake, using an authentication app as proof. However, Poshmark does not officially accept third-party authentication apps as valid proof of counterfeit items.Additionally, the buyer claimed that the hoodie I sent in a certain colorway was a Medium when, in fact, I sent a Small as described in my listing. This is incorrect and appears to be an attempt to manipulate the return process.I have also been waiting for my funds to be released for over 8 days, and Poshmark has not responded to my support requests. I fulfilled my end of the transaction, and there has been no official ruling from Poshmark regarding the dispute. If they are holding my money due to this claim, I should have been informed, yet they have ignored my attempts to get an update.I am requesting that Poshmark:1.Release my $148 immediately, as I followed all selling guidelines.2.Properly investigate the buyers claims rather than allowing unverified third-party authentication as evidence.3.Provide a clear response regarding my account status and why my funds have been withheld.I have made multiple attempts to contact Poshmark with no response, and I find this unacceptable. I am rejecting this response because: I have already contacted Poshmark support over 10 times not a single response out of them. I provided all the necessary information to show that the buyer was lying and scamming me out of my money. The cotton wreath denim tears hoodie that I sent was a size SMALL and the buyer provided a screenshot of a third party app showing that the item is inauthentic under the size of a Medium Hoodie, and under Poshmark policies it says you guys may not use third party apps for item verification purposes. I have provided all the necessary screenshots! I also have provided screenshots of me contacting Poshmark over 10 times and not a single response out of them. Give me my money back and let my 240$ that are on hold in my account go to my bank account since all of the buyers were satisfied and gave me a 5 star review. Which is also a confirmation of the items authenticity! I will not let this go until I get my money back from Poshmark since they want to scam me out of my items and hoodies.

I ordered boots, first time buyer, Poshmark online. She took money immediately. No item shipped, refuses to respond. Poshmark got no response, yet when I ask to cancel and get immediate refund they ignore me, or say they're gonna give her 32 more hours (over with) keep ignoring me. It's outrageous. I use **** and you never have trouble with them, even if sellers try to scam you, **** covers it. This is a rip off. I'm 70 yrs old. Live on soc security with 2 disabled sons. **********. I am a new seller at Poshmark. I sold items already and waiting for my payment from Poshmark. They revoke my account saying that I am selling counterfeit items without proper investigation or sending me a chance to explain myself. I am only selling authentic merchandise and I have certificates and proofs of authenticity. I purchased boots with this website that were size 8. They fit like a size 8.5 & have exposed glue along the seams of the boots. That's not what the pictures state. That's not my fault. Therefore I'd send them back but I'm not losing over half of my money like the seller wants me to front myself. I purchased multiple giftcards from ************* to purchase 1 item that was brand new that I previously owned. That I wanted back. My order was cancelled and no notice was sent in any way. Until I checked the platform and the required me to submit my id to make sure my name matches the "cardholder". No card was used. I used giftcards I purchased them and I want my account unlocked as I already provided my legitimate ID and was still denied because I used my preferred name, Dre, on the account with my last name 1st initial only. This isn't a fake name or identity. I used giftcards for my purchase and submitted my valid ID. Now they want me to submit some kind of fake id with my preferred name. It's impossible. As I stated before there was absolutely no reason to stop the order or place any hold on the account because I am a new customer and I paid using gift cards. That is proof enough I had no ill intentions. As it would be impossible to make a chargeback or file a dispute because I already purchased the gift cards to cover to total cost of my order. I need my account restrictions removed or I need the value of the giftcards I purchased refunded via check or bank transfer. You also claim I'm not the account holder. That is because Dre K is my preferred name. This is my preferred first name and the 1st initial of my last name only to protect my online privacy. I have already stated this.

I didnt receive an email or any notice of this violation I also didnt get a warning from poshmark about any violation on my account prior to it being closed.
