      I was a seller my account was shut down that was fine. I sent over 900 worth of merchandise to buyers who paid and it went to my account I processed the payments to go into my account and it has said in process for months. I send emails everyday and sent a letter to headquarters I have received zero responses.I just want my money that sellers paid to me for items sent. I have never seen a company who does not respond to issues from customers.

      On 12/2/2024, I purchased a ************* *** Wallet from a Poshmark Seller with the Poshmark Verification. Poshmark first receives the item to verify its condition and authenticity and then ships the item to the buyer (myself). Upon receiving the item, the wallet smelled of cigarette smoke so badly, that the box, tissue paper, wallet, dust cover, etc. were so bad I could not even take everything out and immediately report this to Poshmark and did not want to accept the item. When I reported this to Poshmark I was advised that if the wallet could not "show" in a photo the condition or "smell" then I could not request to decline the purchase for a return. I went back to review the sellers listing and odors was not disclosed and odors should be mandatory, as smoke, must or mildews would affect the quality of the item. Also, if the person checking the item was a smoker themselves or simply did not smell the item or did not check this per their quality checks, I am not able to document this in a "photo" as they state. I feel that this is fraudulent from the seller, as they did not list the condition and possibly knowing the Poshmark selling rules, they would know they did not have to disclose odors because you cannot refuse a shipment when odors cannot be displayed in a photo. I was unable to reject the package and send it back. I also cannot just turn around and sell the wallet because the high seller fees would require me to sell the wallet well above what I paid and unlikely someone would pay that and then I would in turn have to lie to another person about odors in the wallet, just a loop of fraudulent selling on Poshmark. They then closed my case and I could not comment any longer and they blocked me from even reviewing the seller. I filed a case with Affirm, who I paid with and they are unable to assist and stated to go back to Poshmark for returning the item. I simply want to return the wallet, as I tried to air it out and it still smells so badly for smoke.

      ***** opened a claim for a pair of boots she purchased not fitting. She stated that they were cute but did not fit her calves. The measurements used were taken directly from a vendor site where all Old Gringo Razz boots boot opening is 14in ********* listing also has a disclaimer that states that purchasing the item means that buyer has reached out with any questions they may have had. Buyer never reached out to confirm or ask about the calf measurements. She made an offer and I accepted it. After I responded telling Poshmark that since it is a fit issue, that per their policy, the return can not be allowed. They went ahead and still accepted the return anyways. They went against their own terms of service and return policy! This happens all the time and Poshmark needs to start

      I am rejecting this response because:

      They did not address my concerns at all.

      Poshmark requested measurements from me. I provided an image showing the boots measured at 7 inches in width and 14 inches in circumference. Instead of addressing the actual dispute, I received a response stating that Poshmark could not confirm damage before or after shipping. However, this was never a case of damageit was strictly about fit, which Poshmark does not permit as a return reason. Poshmark then offered me a $20 credit, which does not suffice as a resolution. I followed up again, reiterating my concerns and providing further proof that the boots measurements were accurately disclosed. The fact that Poshmarks customer support referenced damage in their response indicates a lack of proper review of the evidence I submitted. I am requesting that Poshmark adhere to its own Terms of Service and reverse the return decision. The most current response was apologizing and telling me they'd use my experience for training totally not addressing my evidence or my email. Thank you for your time and assistance in resolving this matter.

      Poshmark purchase not as advertised by photo- poshmark will not help. I did an Internet search for a specific item a two piece velour cable and gauge XS specific outfit. A photo of the exact item I nededed in my size marked new popped up on an Internet search being sold on Poshmark. I clicked on the link it took me the site showing that picture of the exact outfit, marked new,I bought it. I received a completely in every way different outfit same brand and size. I contacted the seller immediately I also contacted Poshmark with photos of advertised versus received. I thought it was a mixup. The seller responded to Poshmark that that photo was just a stock and she had others. For that reason, Poshmark released my money to her and would not refund me. Poshmark failed to look into this in detail. The seller literally wrote thats just a stock photo. The problem is its a lead photo andit was a stock photo copied from somewhere on the Internet of a different item than the one she was selling it was just the same manufacturer. Poshmark said they looked into it and they will not refund me. I wrote back with more pictures of her post versus what I received Poshmark wrote back, saying we understand your disappointed. We always ask customers to ask as many questions about size condition and color as possible. My issue is not with size condition or color. The problem that Poshmark refuses to acknowledge is they let their seller post a photo ofsomething 100% not what she sold me. Apparently I had to dig around the site and find more photos which were not on that pageshowing that it was actually a different item. The Poshmark website says sellers should post up to 16 photos of the item they are selling. Problem is the main photo was not the item she was selling he or she was selling now Im stuck with something that doesnt fit. I would never buy. I would never take free and Poshmark is refusing to acknowledge the whole situation. Bait and switch, false advertising.

      On Jan 19th I sold an item to a buyer on Poshmark.com. The money from the purchase was placed on hold on my Poshmark account and would be released once the buyer received the item. I used the shipping label that Poshmark provided with the buyers information on it. I delivered the item to the **************************** and tracked it with the tracking number provided. On Jan 25th the **************************** marked the item Delivered. Poshmark post in the App that if buyer doesn't accept the item within 72 hours after delivery that they will release the hold on payment. On Jan 28th the buyer notified me that they didn't receive the item. I contacted support and notified them of the situation. They stated that they would give it a couple more days to see if buyer received the item and if the item still wasn't received on Jan 30th that they would release the payment to me. That day has passed and my payment is still being held. I have contacted support multiple times and received no response. I sell items on their platform to help support my family financially. Not releasing my payment has greatly affected my ability to do so. Why tell me they would release my payment on Jan 30th and not do so. I have lost my trust in this company which has led me to file this complaint.

      I sold an item on Poshmark and through no fault of my own the shipping to customer took 2 full weeks instead of 2 days. I contacted Poshmark to resolve the issue for my self as well as the customer. And asked for my money since I do t have the product nor the money. They assured me that I will get a resolution before the next 30th of January. It is now the 31st and not only did I have to pay for upgraded shipping and out money for that and new box I also still dont have my money from the sale nor my product. I since have reached out to Poshmark 4 more times without any resolution and they are not giving me my money. In addition now the customer wants to return the item. Do it had now been 3 weeks actually close to an entire month that I am waiting . I am out $321.50 and my item. And now I lost on any potential customers because its taken so long

      I am rejecting this response because: the company is flat out lied about not getting communication from you I have attached my emails that clearly show I did indeed reach out multiple times and they DID NOT RESPOND and now they are avoiding paying me my money. The item has been out of my hands for almost one month. They assured me that there will be a resolution prior to January 30th. We are now in February. Attached are all my emails to them prior to reaching out to better business bureau. And actually I have 2 more pictures but bbb dont allow more than 5 pictures to get attached where Poshmark send me an email at least on 3 occasions saying they received my complaint and will respond. They NEVER RESPONDED. They are not being truthful and they wont release my payment after almost one month after the item left my hands. I want my payment to be released because this is not how a reputable company does business

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Poshmark has  made every excuse possible to not refund me. The issue is the my item was out of my hands for almost a month when it arrived back to me it had snags that I made note of and send to Poshmark. Hey assumed me that  because shipping is taking so long they will resolve the issue before the 30th. That day came and went then when I reached out to bbb they said I never send them any communication and that was a lie. Now that I sent proof that I did indeed send them more than 4 separate inquiries now they dont want to refund because the customer said its was not as described. When in reality customer never asked questions or requested pictures. Poshmark is using every excuse to not refund me. In the end my item came back damaged and it was out of my hands for almost a month. Thats unacceptable and I want my money. Lastly this is not the first time that Poshmark is not accepting responsibility. A person sold me a fake item and when I reached out to Poshmark for help they refused to help. 3 years later they still didnt do anything. Bottom line is I do t want their 35 dollar credit. I want all of my money. Period

      I sold an pre-owned authentic ***** Vest valued at $2500 on the poshmark platform. The item sold for $250, I sent the item to the buyer, When the buyer received the item he claimed it was not authentic and requested a return and refund. I accepted knowing my item was authentic. When i received the return package i opened it i found 3 pairs of old dilapidated shoes, Not my ***** vest. I promptly called the police and obtained a police report with ****************************. I then Contacted poshmark to rectify the issue and receive either my item or my funds. Poshmark responded that since the buyer marked the item as non authentic they could not help me and that i would have to have the item authenticated. However as you now know my item was stolen! How do i get an item not in my possession authenticated. The Buyer scammed me out of my item. Poshmark has systems in place to insure the safety of selling in the platform however, the buyer has obviously found a loop hole to steal items with no liability to them or poshmark.Additionally after further investigations i discovered the buyers personal information and contacted them. They stated they used fake names to recieve and buy the items which under federal law is a crime. (18 U.S. Code ************************* Address) Poshmark does not attempt to even verify identities to insure the safety of its platform and instead creates polocies to protect criminals and thiefs. I am looking for redress to these violations and a full refund and compensation for multiple hours trying to contact poshmark with this issue to no avail.

      Poshmark allows members to buy and sell pre-owned merchandise from other members, in exchange for 20% of the proceeds. Poshmark also adjudicates any complaints about purchases, stating that they will carefully review the complaint and only find in favor of the buyer if the complaint is valid and substantiated.I recently sold an item to another member for $68, with an entitled payment to me of $54.40. In order to avoid paying for the merchandise, the buyer submitted a complaint that was not in good faith, not logical, and entirely unsubstantiated. Poshmark did not do a careful review of the complaint, or they could not have found in favor of the buyer. I am entitled to the contracted $54.40 from Poshmark.

      I fulfilled my contractual obligation in this transaction and am entitled to the contracted payment. The merchandise I sold was genuine and exactly as advertised, listed, pictured, and labeled. Poshmark has falsely accused me of counterfeiting an item based on falsified evidence from an unscrupulous buyer. I will gladly send this item to Poshmark AT MY OWN EXPENSE for them to examine. I want an apology, a retraction of the accusations, and the entitled payment.

      I am shocked. I'm terrible sad with the poshmark decisions. I recently sold a pair of western boots, size 10 1/2D. Customer opened a case that i sent two different boots! One 10 1/2D, one 13. I have sent all evidences that show that I was selling size 10 1/2D. They are both similar, no differences. And poshmark approved the case in buyers favor! I'm shocked how they support scammers!! Destroying business of a family with 7 kids after 2 hurricanes destroyed our house. Now I have to loose money and shoes, because one liar wanted to have them for free

I just got the first answer two days ago - that you will contact buyer with asking him to return what he didn't sent. Then, I got another answer today,  with the ridiculous email - poshmark can't make a partial refund bundle orders - and offered $75 credit.

      1. THAT WASN'T A BUNDLE ORDER. It was a single item order - just *** Post boots.

      2. I have lost boots, as he deceived and returned just one and not mine shoe. And I have lost all my earnings, which has to be $100.

      3. I need money which i can use to buy my kids food and necessary things, I can't use credit! I need my earnings!
