The item I purchased was inaccurately described, it had serious manufacturing flaws that would prevent you from actually wearing the item comfortably. I reached out to the company within their 72 hour window of returns allowed. And was denied the ability to return because they stated I was outside the 72 window of return returns. The item was received on a Wednesday and I contacted them on a Saturday within the time period. First of all, it seems unethical to sell products that are damaged, but also to not allow it to be returned for your money back. Also a 72 hour return window is unacceptable, and is the worst return policy of anywhere on the entire Internet.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:I emailed in requesting to return within the three day return period. I received the package on Wednesday and I emailed in on a Saturday. I was unable to do it online though the app so I reached out for help via email. They refused to help me via email and told me that the 3 day period had lapsed at that point, because between the time I emailed them and they responded, the sellers funds were supposedly released. I have proof I received the package Wednesday evening, and then emailed in on Saturday afternoon, which is within their stated period. I just want opportunity to return my product that is not in the condition it was specified. This is my consumers right.

I am rejecting this response because:Poshmark has a very unfair return policy. The site allows the sale of damaged and unauthentic items. if an item is misrepresented, it should be returnable under any circumstance. The company protects sellers at all costs, and the buyer has no protection or rights. Also, very poor customer service.
My item was damaged likely upon production, and sold on a site where you can sell anything, and not be penalized for selling defective items.

Dear Poshmark Support,
I am formally rejecting your response regarding the hold on my account and funds. Your claim of a security issue is inapplicable and unjustified in this case for the following reasons:
A) The buyers have received their purchases and left 5-star feedback. This confirms that the transactions were successfully completed, and there is no risk of dispute or chargeback.
B) As a seller, I have fully complied with Poshmarks policies. I provided an authentic product, met my obligations, and served both Poshmark and its buyers professionally. There is no valid reason to claim that I pose any security risk.
At this point, it appears that Poshmark is wrongfully withholding my funds despite the completion of all transactions. By failing to distribute the proceeds in accordance with your contractual obligations, Poshmark is engaging in a deceptive and unfair business practice. The indefinite holding of my earnings without justification suggests unlawful financial gain at my expense.

The only conceivable risk in this situation would have been if the buyers were dissatisfied with their purchases. However, both buyers have confirmed receipt of their items and left 5-star reviews, indicating complete satisfaction. Therefore, there is no legitimate risk or justification for withholding my earnings.
Your continued refusal to release my funds appears to be a breach of your contractual obligations and raises serious concerns about malicious intent and unethical business practices.
I demand the immediate release of my funds. Failure to do so will leave me with no choice but to pursue legal action, as withholding my earnings without cause is tantamount to theft.

My phone was turned off for a month. When I turned it back on I lost my original phone number I had with poshmark. I cannot get the money out of my account that I earned because I cannot receive the verification code. I also cannot close down my account and my account has my credit card information on it. I followed the instructions to upload my ID and prove my identity. But the app will not take the back of my ID and therefore will not accept my ID. So only the front of my ID is recorded on the poshmark app. Which is even more information left unsecure for a hacker with my old phone number to get. I reinstalled the app and tried 20 more times. It doesn't work. I contacted poshmark support 5 times. Some person from ***** with broken English in the email just tells me to try again. Even though the app isn't working. Poshmark has collected personal data by recording the front of my ID, allowing foreigners from ***** to see that data and refusing to allow me to get the money I have earned in poshmark and refusing to allow me to close my account.Business Response

Hello! I need your help! I bought a set of jewelry from *******, when it arrived I visually examined it and it seemed to me that everything was fine, but a couple of days ago I put on a necklace and on the same day it broke. I was scared and did not understand how this could happen, since I already have jewelry from ******* and there is a similar bracelet, I began to examine it in detail and saw that the inner chain was different from mine. In my bracelet, the chain is thick and consists of several links. After two years of wearing, my bracelet looks gorgeous and has not broken, and the chain that I ordered and put on broke a couple of hours after a light touch and the beads oxidized to a dark color, this is just awful! This cannot happen with silver in a couple of hours and I realized that I ran into a fake! Please, I ask you for help! I looked through the ads of this seller and she had previously sold this set and it was returned to her because it was not the original. Heres a formal complaint letter you can submit to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) regarding your issue with Poshmark:I am filing a formal complaint against Poshmark regarding an unfair return dispute that has resulted in financial loss and a lack of support for long-standing sellers.I have been selling on Poshmark for several years and have never sold a single counterfeit item. Recently, I sold an authentic ******** item, which I originally purchased from *********, an authorized retailer. I provided the buyer with proof of purchase, including the original ********* receipt.However, the buyer falsely claimed the item was not authentic and requested a return. I am rejecting this response because:Im providing proof of authenticity for my item. Unfortunately, their team was unable to fully investigate its authenticity. I have submitted the original receipt and also contacted ******** customer service, ask if they know COA app used by the buyer. However, the app was unfamiliar for ******** customer service , and the date code is not applicable to Burberry cardholders.
I dont like the false accusations that Im selling replicas and fake items. Im doing this business since ************************************************ Because I never sold and not even thinking to sell replicas.

I used to be a seller for poshmark until I sold a camera - Nikon Coolpix L340 Digital Camera for $65 and made $52 from the sale. On Jan 8th, the money was put in my account to be transferred to a bank but its been now three weeks and it still says processing. I asked in multiple emails about this issue and no response from poshmark. I made multiple sales before and never had this issue. Poshmark Order 663995c40841b9944edb0d76 I sold an Herms tote bag for $2,150. I promptly boxed the item up and sent the order out to Poshmark to be authenticated. From there, they authenticated the bag and shipped it to the buyer. The buyer did not accept the order and complained that I did not include the receipt for my original purchase of the bag (I did not include this because it contained sensitive personal information.) Poshmark is supposed to pay sellers for their sold items 3 days after delivery. I received no such payment. I have inquired numerous times as to what is going on but have received no answers from Poshmark. I purchased a coat of Poshmark. When the coat arrived, it states inside it that it is a medium, but it fits a lot smaller. The seller never responded to any of my messages or notes left by other potential buyers. Poshmark refused to let me return it stating the buyer listed it correctly by stating what the inside of the coat says. Furthermore, they have suspended my account after telling me to relist the coat to attempt to get my money back!!! Ordered a poster from poshmark (order #**de9586cb7775712bcac50) for delivery before Christmas. Ariived after christmas 12/27. it was the wrong poster. I initiated a return on 12/28. mailed it back on 12/31. it was 'experiencing delays' at the post *********** was told by poshmark I would have to wait until delivery for any refund. On January 29 the **** updated the tracking to say the Addressee is unknown & it would be returned to sender with status of "Moved, Left no address". I sent over 900 worth of merchandise to buyers who paid and it went to my account I processed the payments to go into my account and it has said in process for months.
