      I placed an order for a sweater on Poshmark. My item arrived on 1/15/25. The item I received was not the item pictured on the listings. The picture on the listings was brand new with no fading or cracking of the logo. The description did say washed but based on the photos I was fine with it because it still looked new. Not only were the pictures wrong but the sweater had been shrunk considerably even in comparison to the listing photos. I asked for a return and had 2 reasons for the return, fit and listing photos not being the item I received. There was no option to put multiple issues in one request so I decided to do two separate ones. After I submitted the first for fit I realized it would not let me submit for pictures not matching the item. So I immediately emailed customer service letting them know. My return was denied solely on fit without any regard to the photos being counterfeit. I was told the description said washed so nothing else mattered. Multiple emails were sent all telling me I couldn't return for fit, completely ignoring my second request reason and photos for proof. When I asked if Poshmark allowed listing photos that didn't match the item listed I was ignored. I was then told to just reposh. When I said I couldn't because the item didn't match the photos I was told to use my own photos. I've been scammed. I've been ignored. I've tried to do right thing and all the way up to the management has been rude and dismissive. Allowing people to use photos of items in conditions they do not have is fraud.

      I completed a posh campaign listed as host a posh show, get $50 in posh credit for shows hosted on 1/8. I completed the show, received confirmation of submitting the campaign poshmark is trying to tell me I didnt have this campaign. I have provided them with the original emails from them documenting they agreed to pay me $50.

      I ordered order number 679e93199c6d55b12f63c8d8 a pair of ***** ****** Calla 05 Black Leather Textured Heeled Womens Boots size 40 (9.5) from Poshmark. The postal service stamped the package as opened upon delivery to them. According to the **** my package was opened not sealed upon delivery. Upon inspection the boots have undisclosed defects, damage that make the boots unsafe for wearing. The soles and threading are coming apart. They do not serve its intended purpose, therefore I would like a full refund and a prepaid return label

      Date of transaction: unknown, but completed by Poshmark on Saturday, Jan 18. I purchased an item from a seller on this platform. The seller said the item was black and gray in description , however in the title, it only said black upon looking at photos, it looks black and white. When I received the item, it was drastically different. The seller listed the item with , according to Poshmark , the marbling effect adequately shown. The listing shows one small spot of white and black. No gray. Again, black and **** in description , and black in title. It was not listed as white. I went back and forth for days about the discrepancy and they denied my return. I have received photos from Poshmark highlighting the marbling but its just a box around the white spots. The marble is much bigger. I have not heard back since Jan ******* and I have sent multiple emails and opened a new ticket.

      I recently attempted to sign up for Poshmark, which requires an account verification process through ****. As part of this process, users must indicate their account balance, which must be above $300. **** reportedly matches the stated balance as a means of authentication.However, during my verification attempt, the system withdrew the entire balance from my bank account. When I contacted support, I was informed that this was due to a system glitch and that the funds would be returned within three days. Unfortunately, despite the stated timeframe, my funds have not been returned, nor has my account been verified for use on Poshmark.Given this experience, I have had to escalate the matter by contacting my bank to initiate a dispute. The fact that ***** verification process relies on cryptocurrency raises additional concerns about transparency and reliability. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Poshmark, as their verification system appears flawed, and their handling of financial transactions has been both unreliable and concerning.

      Poshmark was SO CHEAP & IRRESPONSIBLE to ship my ***** bag through the post office without insurance. I ordered an expensive limited edition ***** bag. To my horror, I received an EMPTY BOX, shipped directly from Poshmark Verification HQ. The item was stolen in transit or never even packaged because the weight marked on the shipping label was significantly lighter than what the bag weighs. Poshmark complaints system was worthless. They were NOT responsive or thorough in following up to resolve and took no accountability. Without insurance, the post office only compensates up to $100. The bag was worth several thousand and is rare to find. This was a heartbreaking, infuriating, and exhausting experience. High valued items at the very least should be shipped with insurance or preferably with a private carrier company like ***** or *** that can be taken to court & held accountable for stolen goods. Please BEWARE of purchasing any designer items from Poshmark until they stop being so cheap and careless.

The contract to purchase is between the buyer and the Seller, not Poshmark. Upon purchasing an Item, a Buyer is obligated to remit payment for the Item to Poshmark including any shipping or additional fees listed. All Purchases are final, with no returns, refunds, cancellations, or retractions allowed, except where (a) Buyer cancels an order within three (3) hours of purchase, or (b) the Purchase is cancelled where explicitly permitted by Poshmark or where applicable, a Seller.       Received significant Not As Described shoes with torn off leather and back sole. **** customer service denied return saying should have asked questions even tho all sides of shoe were shown in sellers 8 photos of listing. What i received was not what was listed. description said creases and scuffs NOT Missing Torn off leather and sole. Will have to file case with credit card company of not refunded immediately. I am a posh ambassador and would be sad to end my relationship with poshmark. This was blatant intentional dishonesty of seller that posh dod not honor their money back guarantee if not what was listed.

      Poshmark sent me an official notification that I had sold an item, I received link to receive payment, that, when I clicked on the link which asked for a debit card # to receive payment. Poshmark has no way to contact them on a phone # to validate whether this was legit. My account shows no sales, other than this email stating to redeem the funds. I emailed Poshmark and tried using their chat line to no avail. I ended up cancelling my debit card because I was worried this was from a scam. Please help me get answers! Thanks

      Sold a ***** clutch on poshmark, January 26, 2025. I purchased this item from a 3rd party myself, it was not sold as authentic (receipt to show purchase from *****) The buyer never asked me for proof of authenticity but did send me 3 offers low balling my listed price. On my 3rd decline she responded do you even take offers I then responded with the minimum I would accept, she had already bought the item at my listed price though. It was the day she received the item or next that she posted pictures of the clutch being fake. I apologized and ?? was okay with the refund to her, I asked what she used to authenticate it, zero response. Poshmark refunded her and said my item would be destroyed, I was totally okay with this. What I am not okay with is the lack of proof that the clutch was destroyed. I requested the clutch be returned ( I offered to pay for the return label) or at a minimum send me pictures of the destroyed purse. Poshmark continued to reply with the same stock response not addressing my request at all. I ?? believe the buyer was allowed to keep the item, and was advised to destroy it, but no confirmation from poshmark was requested so she could very well resell it on another site. I just want proof of destruction. Horrible business practices by poshmark.

      I am rejecting this response because: the complaint is not against the action taken, as I had advised Poshmark several times before filing an official complaint. The issue is the lack of evidence/proof my item was actually destroyed. I am only requesting proof, pictures of my item destroyed or my destroyed item sent back to me (I offered to pay the shipping cost). This was never a disagreement with their policy. As asked several times now, please just provide proof of destruction and this process would be acceptable. Their policy does not mention they have the right to NOT provide proof.
