      Poshmark is holding on to $300 of my funds that they were supposed to transfer to my bank account and they still havent. Its been over 4 months, yes 4 months that Poshmark has been holding onto my payment on 2 orders. They still have not sent the money to my bank account. Im demanding my funds be sent to my bank. Attached are the 2 screen shots Of the 2 order numbers and proof of it still not being deposited into my bank account

      I am rejecting this response because:   it has been 5 months, since October that I transferred these 2 payouts to my bank account and you still have NOT put the money in my bank account for these 2 orders.   Yes FIVE MONTHS you have had my account on hold.     You told me 5 months ago this was just a "pending Hold"   it has been 5 months now and you still have not fully completed the transfer of these funds.    ON the screen shots i sent you both of these amounts still say "pending"   You owe me over $300 for these 2 sales.     Both of these buyers rated me 5 stars and were happy wiht there orders, there is NO reason you should be holding on to my payout for FIVE months now

      I am rejecting this response because: I am demanding my case be escalated and put in front of a manager immediately.  It has been 5 months that I have been waiting for an answer and my funds to be sent to my bank, I have now reported Poshmark to the state of ******************** and other agencies for deceptive business practices and am in the process of working with a regulatory agencies that oversees this type of deceptive business practices..   You have held on to my funds for these 2 items for 5 months now with is highly fraudulent and corrupt

      Hi,Last October, 2024, I was offered to participate into a Beta program to promote my Poshmark Closet and being called Beta , was supposed to be offered to a bunch of longtime sellers to test it. Instead, yesterday when I was checking my credit cards files to prepare my tax return, I was shocked, frustrated and felt scammed because I was charged $70 a week for a paid promotion that I NEVER asked for and that not only put my finances in troubles, having to pay my credit cards statements, but only made me sell only a couple of cheap products that Id sell anyway without any promotion. I already pay 20% fees on my sales and its more than enough, I was not alerted on these charges, I never signed any contract in any form, I never received any email to alert me on these charges, but I naively said ok to the Beta version without being aware that would cost me so much every week as Id never said Ok. I want all my money back $1120 ($70 x 16 weeks) as it was taken without my consent or Ill go to any possible legal ways to have my rights taken care of. Regards ***** *****

      Its NOT clear enough and there is NO alert on how a seller is charged , how much and what method was used to do that.

      A Beta program is made to test a new device and/or a new option, not to trap people into something that they didnt know and take from credit cards money they never allowed to.

      i would NEVER approve such a thing , spending +$1100 to have a ROI of gross $400-500 ?

      Im not the only one to have been trapped in this ordeal because a thread on Reddit shows how many people feel the same way as me.

      ill report this to the Attorney General and mycredit card company if the matter is not solved quickly and my money returned.

      I was recently signed out of my Poshmark selling account due to an "Update". I was told to reset my password. I have been going through the process to do so and haven't been receiving the password reset email. No it IS NOT in my junk or spam folder. Since then I have reached out multiple times without a response. It has been 4 or 5 days now. I am still receiving offer that I am not able to accept costing me money. I also have a balance available that I cannot redeem which I MY money for items I've sold. Completely ridiculous & unacceptable.

      I recently tried to sell a few items on poshmark . There are no instructions nor warnings, nor protection for transactions I was immediately scammed- and poshmark is refusing to answer of which i asked 9xs if they ask for ss# or was that part of the scam. I sent them all of the information. They still refuse to reply to questions.I had been told there was a sale and to enter my info for tax purposes. I entered all of my info including social security. I sent 9 queries of which Shusari replied over a week later and dodged the question each time- was that part of the scam or does PM actually ask for social security and all this private informatiob?Shusari refuses to answer and refused to have a supervisor reply They need to warn their sellers and answer the question- did i give that info to a scammer or did poshmark ask for it???!!They should be reported for lack of transparency and not helping nor protecting nor warning their sellers

      you should be sued for REFUSING TO ANSWER. You have no instructions for first time sellers.

      You have no protection in place. And no warnings that accounts are hacked for identity theft

      there were 3 separate accounts that targeted me and i sent in all of the info.

      you only replied to one. And NEVER ANSWERED .

      I sold a pair of authentic Prada shoes that were purchased in ***** on Poshmark. Along with the shoes, I sent the receipt from the store that they were purchased from, and the business card from the store to prove their authenticity.The buyer claimed that they were fakes and filed a complaint. As such, Poshmark refused to pay me the $300 that I sold them for and they refuse to return the shoes to me. I don't believe that their "authenticators", who aren't well versed in designer clothing, should be able to make a decision on whether or not to keep my property without paying me for it.

      I purchased this purse from Poshmark on January 24, 2025. I did not receive the purse in the mail until February 10, 2025. I was told I had to inspect the purse and accept the order in order to complete the sale etc. When I picked the box up from the mail less than one hour after it being delivered, to my surprise the zipper broke right off of the purse (as shown in the image) without even being able to open the purse all the way. I reported this faulty hardware on February 10, 2025 and said this did not meet the standards of the sale. Poshmark insists they inspected the bag before it was shipped to me and it was "an authentic bag". I did not receive the product that was displayed and sold to me, a purse that uses the zipper as a strap for the purse. This bag could not withstand being opened in order to be inspected to even accept the offer. The company is saying that I should ask more questions in the future before buying something from their website. Please mediate this return as this is absolutely unacceptable.

      You have shipped me a purse and told me to inspect it to accept the order. The purse could not be opened without breaking. The sale shows a purse that can withstand being held by the zipper and opened to display the serial code inside. Is it realistic to ask a seller if the purse opens without breaking? It is reasonable to ask if the bag they are holding in the sale photo can be held in real life by the time it is shipped to me?       Dear BBB,I am filing a formal complaint against Poshmark for unfair business practices, unauthorized refunds, and refusal to return my property.I sold an authentic pair of MCM sunglasses on Poshmark, which were purchased directly from *********. The buyer falsely claimed that they "didn't look like the ones she used to have" and that the material looked "cheapneither of which are valid reasons to deem an item counterfeit. Without conducting a proper investigation, Poshmark refunded the buyer without my consent, without requiring proof of counterfeit status, and without giving me an opportunity to respond. Now, I am left without my sunglasses and without my payment.Despite multiple attempts to contact Poshmark, my requests for either the return of my item or reimbursement have been ignored. In their response, Poshmark cited their counterfeit policy, yet they failed to provide any evidence that my item was counterfeit. Poshmark's policy states that they can dispose of suspected counterfeit items at their discretion, yet they have not confirmed if my item was even returned by the buyer or if it was destroyed. This is effectively theft, as the buyer now has both the product and their money, while I have nothing.I demand the immediate return of my sunglasses or full reimbursement for my sale. Poshmark's refusal to investigate properly, provide evidence, or return my property is unacceptable, and I urge the BBB to take action against these unfair seller policies.Sincerely,Sasha

      Dear BBB,

      Thank you for your prompt attention to my complaint. I have reviewed Poshmarks response, and I remain deeply dissatisfied with how this matter was handled.

      Poshmark claims that their Disputes team thoroughly investigates every claim and determined that my item was not authentic. However, they never requested any receipts, proof of purchase, or additional information from me. The case was resolved in favor of the buyer within an hour, without any opportunity for me to defend the authenticity of my item.

      If Poshmark conducted any authentication test, I request a copy of the full report detailing how they determined the item was counterfeit. If they are unable to provide such a report, then their decision was made arbitrarily and without proper verification. If there is indeed a valid authentication issue, I need this documentation so I can escalate the matter with the retailer where I originally purchased the item.

      As it stands, Poshmarks actions amount to an unauthorized refund and the wrongful confiscation of my property. They have not confirmed whether the item was returned by the buyer, destroyed, or resold. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.

      I request one of the following resolutions:


      1. Return of my item so I can handle any authentication concerns directly with the retailer.
      2. Full reimbursement for the sale, as I provided an authentic item and followed all of Poshmarks policies in good faith.

      I urge the BBB to continue addressing this issue, as Poshmarks failure to provide due process in seller disputes creates an unfair marketplace.

      Dear BBB,

      Thank you for your continued attention to this matter. Poshmark has responded, but unfortunately, their reply does not resolve my concerns. While they claim to have provided details regarding the authentication process, I have not received any authentication report, certificate, or documentation explaining how they determined my item was counterfeit.

      I once again request that Poshmark provide the full authentication report, including details on the methods used to assess the item's authenticity. If no such report exists, then their decision was made without proper verification, and I urge the BBB to hold them accountable for this lack of transparency.

      As a seller, I followed Poshmark's policies in good faith and provided an authentic item. Poshmark's failure to offer due process in authentication disputes creates an unfair and arbitrary system that leaves sellers vulnerable. I respectfully request that the BBB continue to advocate for a fair resolution - either the immediate return of my sunglasses or a full reimbursement of my sale.

      Additionally, the handling of this dispute has caused significant frustration and undue stress, as I have been given no opportunity to defend my case or retrieve my item. Poshmark's lack of transparency and fairness in this process has created a distressing experience, and I urge the BBB to consider the broader impact of these unfair seller policies.

      I sold an authentic vintage PRADA handbag with proof of authenticity (original authenticity ************ rejected it as counterfeit with no explanation. The sale amount was $550 & my payout would have been $440. The handbag was purchased at a PRADA store in *****, which where they are made. All markings, handbag number, interior lining & original lock also should've shown them it's authentic. They give no chance for discussion or contact to identify the problem. I believe their authentication department is inexperienced and doesn't know what they're doing. I've seen other reviews posted about similar complaints. They should either use another service or hire experienced people who know what is authentic & what is fake. They have canceled my sale with no explanation & are ruining my reputation as a seller. It's appalling & unacceptable.

      I am rejecting this response because: the reason they gave was incorrect & their authentication department rejected an authentic bag with proof of authenticity. This bag is authentic & was purchased directly from the designer store in *****. They can claim their authenticators know what they're doing but I know they do not because I am the original owner of the bag & know with certainty it is authentic.

      This is the email I sent to Poshmark. This is a scaled down version.I am not sure that you are aware of the sophisticated scamming that is going on on your site. They tag team you and everything is done by email and text.They wanted my debit card number and the amount in my checking account. Then a potential buyer suckes you ******* they wanted gift cards for $250 or $500. They want ALL of the information on the gift card plus the paid receipts. Then they wanted ANOTHER $2,000.00!My red flags were waiving all over the place.Then I said that that was ridiculous and I wanted to speak with a manager. To my astonishment someone called me that spoke broken english and he tried to assure me that I could claim my funds through your site. I cornered him asking to speak with HIS supervisor. I asked to see the policy changes to activate my account in writing (because they are NO WHERE ON YOUR SITE) all the while he is telling me that they changed the policies to protect clients....TOTAL LIE! Then he hung up on me.There is much more to this story but I am tired of typing.Also I want to DELETE MY ACCOUNT and I looked it up on ****** and the instructions won't ******** really need to look into this! I am assuming the same people tried to SCAM me TWO DAYS before but I caught on & bailed on them. I thought I was safe because they tried once and wouldn't again....Boy was I wrong! PLEASE SHUT THEM DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!

      I purchased 3 items from a seller on the Poshmark platform, when the package arrived it was missing one item. I reached out to the seller and she started accusing me of lying to get a refund and keep the item. I assured her that I didnt not receive the item and wouldnt select the cheapest item to lie about and didnt appreciate the false accusations. I filed a complaint with Poshmark for them to investigate and the seller is now harassing me through public comments on my items in my closet. I have reported this to Poshmark and they have failed to address this matter and only asked me to send pictures of the items I received. They have not been proactive in protecting me from harassment nor resolving the issue in a timely manner.
