      I received a message that my package was delivered but I never received it. Poshmark wouldn't give me no tracking number to search for it with the post office. Poshmark canceled the order and issued me a refund but they shorted me $30.98. I received the amount I used off my ****** account but the amount I used off my Poshmark balance account from my sales never got refunded. I bought a kids jacket that I didn't have enough in my balance so they took from ****** to cover the remaining price for the jacket. I emailed Poshmark numerous time plus even gave them my number to call me but all they say is they refund me and never called me. Poshmark don't have a phone to call them and I feel every business should be required to have a working phone to talk & take care of there customers. I want ********************** to refund the rest of my money they owe me which is $30.98

      Recently put an offer on an item that was marked Free Shipping. After putting the offer in Poshmark charged shipping cost. I wrote them to dispute the charge and cancel the offer. Poshmark never got back to me or canceled the offer. Clearly a case of False Advertising!!

      I was a seller on *******. Due to medical reasons, I continuously place my online store on vacation, updating it each month. When I last logged in, I learned that my profile account [my store] still exist but my professional product photos were take down. I reached out to Poshmark to request my store be reopened or allow me to get my photos; however, I never received a response. I'm having difficulty reaching them and need assistance. There email address is not listed on their website and this is the only method of contacting them. I did a ****** search but I'm not certain it the correct email address, so I chose not to send another email. The contact form on their website in no longer active (not an option).       I am writing regarding Order #**b3a651a56f004d770edd** with Posh ***** On February 17th 2025 I listed and sold my Saint ******* black card case wallet using the ****************** The buyer received the merchandise on February 21st and reported to Posh **** my wallet was counterfeit. Within in twenty fours hours of the buyer submitted the false claim Posh **** omitted my receipt of purchase and gave proceeds of the sale to the buyer and allowed the buyer to keep my wallet. I have reached out to ****** ****** who provided me with additional proof my wallet was purchased from them and they stand by their authentication policy. Enclosed is the email from Posh **** they sided with the buyer without merit and my proof of purchase. No one should have to deal with false accusations and potential theft of their authentic items. I want to emphasize my strong track record on Poshmark: - I have successfully sold 19 other items on my page with zero authenticity issues - Multiple items over $500 that went through and passed Poshmark's own authentication process - Numerous items under $500 delivered directly to buyers with no complaints - Consistent 5-star ratings and positive feedback from satisfied customers.       I am writing to formally reject your decision regarding Order #**b3a651a56f004d770edd** for my Saint ******* black card case wallet. This will be my final attempt to rectify this situation before seeking legal counsel in which I will pursue recoupment of legal fees, compensatory damages and punitive damages related to the transition. I find your resolution deeply concerning and respectfully request an immediate review of this case for the following reasons:

      EVIDENCE OF AUTHENTICITY
      1. I provided my original receipt from *************, a reputable authorized retailer of ************* products.
      2. Since your decision, I have obtained additional authentication documentation from ****** ******, who stands by their authentication policy and confirms the wallet's legitimacy.
      3. The wallet displays all appropriate brand markings, serial numbers, and quality indicators consistent with genuine ************* products.

      MY SELLER HISTORY AND CREDIBILITY
      1. I have successfully sold 19 other items on Poshmark with zero authenticity disputes.
      2. Multiple high-value items over $500 have passed through and been verified by Poshmark's own authentication process.
      3. I maintain a perfect 5-star rating with consistent positive feedback from satisfied customers.
      4. I have never had any prior disputes or complaints regarding authenticity.

      CONCERNS WITH INVESTIGATION PROCESS
      1. Your team made a determination within 24 hours without thoroughly examining all evidence. The wallet was never in your possession, and you relied upon a photo from the buyer without verification/validation that the photo was itself authentic.
      2. You appeared to disregard my provided receipt from an authorized retailer.
      3. The buyer made unsubstantiated claims without providing concrete evidence of counterfeit indicators.
      4. The current resolution essentially allows the buyer to keep my authentic merchandise without payment, which constitutes theft.

      I find Poshmark's response to my complaint completely unsatisfactory. Their reply appears to be an automated response that fails to address any of the specific concerns I raised:
      They did not explain why they disregarded my original Neiman ****** receipt and the additional authentication documentation I obtained.
      They provided no specific details about what authentication issues they found with the item.
      They failed to address my concerns about their investigation process, including that they made a determination within 24 hours without physically examining the wallet.
      They did not acknowledge my perfect selling history on their platform or explain why a seller with my track record would suddenly sell counterfeit items.
      The generic nature of their response demonstrates that my concerns are not being taken into consideration. This reinforces my point about their inadequate dispute resolution process.
      I maintain that my ******************** is 100% authentic,as evidenced by my Neiman ****** receipt and additional documentation. I request that Poshmark either return my authentic item or release the funds from the sale.

      Order 6772c8578102a25e443066ad. Ive got it a month ago and because I was abroad I just opened the package and found deep scratch on the leather jacket Ive got. The seller described it as new with tags, and *** got it with all the labels. But its defective. As per poshmarks policy, the items over $500 coming to Poshmarks authenticity department and Im not sure how could they miss it.Return window is passed, and Id never could imagine that even with Poshmark authenticity it will be very quick check. Im about to start the dispute with my financial institution if I wont get the satisfied answer from Poshmark. Its unacceptable. Im ready to send the item back for the refund

      I had a Poshmark under the account number ***************. I use there platform tho sell some unwanted items a couple years ago. Then last I put an item for sale. They said since a lot sellers turns out to be bot , I need to prove I am and reactivate my account. They said I had to to buy a $250 plus Apple gift card and deposit the amount. After did that they demand an extra $500 gift card,I refused even though they would eventually refund the amount. For two main reasons since the item is cheaper and also they did not say I needed the second deposit once the account was reactivate. I have ask them to refund the amount to no avail.

      In August of 2024 I reached out to Poshmark support for permission for my grown son who lives in the same household under the same IP address to have his own Poshmark account to buy and sell on I received permission and we made the second account and I've had nothing but trouble since then. I have given lots of time and my proceeds to Poshmark as I am an ambassador status but this means nothing to them because my account doesn't work my son's account doesn't work and they will not respond to Poshmark support messages. They responded one time telling me they needed more information and I've sent them six or seven emails back from different email addresses because they would not respond to the original again. They take their cut and do not provide any customer support service for their sellers. Anytime I try to make a draft or list or even purchase something I get this error message which I am providing a copy of also providing screenshots of permission to have the second account. Again I have received absolutely zero responses besides the very first time asking for more info. I have tried with several emails. I believe they are not willing to put the effort in to help me figure this out and are being spiteful at this point please I'm begging you I need this account back it's the only way I can help my family as I am crippled.

      The platform requires 3 days to review and inspect an order before accepting and releasing payment to the seller or opening a case to make a return. I opened a case because my package was lost/incorrectly routed. Once routed to me and delivered, the application automatically accepted the order and released payment to the seller. I did not have the opportunity to inspect the order and accept or file a case for return. Unfortunately there were multiple issues with my order totaling $500. The business violated their own policy and is refusing to make me whole. They offered $100 in credits to shop in their app again but have been unresponsive to further inquiries regarding their faulty system.

      Poshmark is not the same since it has been bought out: I do not want to promote my closet but I get an alert that I need to pay for promoted closet with no option to cancel from the app. Its ridiculous and not worth it. They no longer protect the seller who made this platform what it is today. People like me! Buyers get items that dont fit or they dont like and open a case and Poshmark sides with them and Im over it. This last item I sold was a final straw. The buyer sent pictures of the inside of the item stating it didnt have a tag. Nothing was wrong with it. This item over 160$ and worn once or not at all and are a great deal! The buyer purchased for 35 $ she could resell it for 80$ or more ! Poshmark policy is that something has to be wrong with the item and nothing was wrong with it: they need to protect their sellers! They allowed the seller to send the item back for no good reason and this creates issues for me as a seller because it goes against my no return policy and Poshmarks no return policy. Buyers have learned they can open a case for any bogus reason and just take random pictures and Poshmark honors it. This has to stop. I want the money for my items. People have pets and smoke and all kinds of issues occur by the time they send items back. They often wear the item as well. My closet is @shashadash and the item number is 67b1507d3a8f1d7df9e03663 also take promoted listing off of my closet and stop hiding my closet from the algorithm because its not promoted. I do my own promotion daily.

      I am rejecting this response because It takes 1.5 seconds to release funds for the item listed in the original complaint. It takes 1.5 seconds to look at my account and see that you also owe me for several other items. It takes 1.5 seconds to look at my account and see that 97% of my sellers give me a 5 star rating. It takes 0.5 seconds to do the right thing and stop deflecting and gas lighting asking me to email whilst all the info is in my original complaint. Honor your seller!  Its not hard.
