I have a complaint about Poshmark service. The TWO orders I have placed have both had issues and never made it to me. One package was probably stolen by **** while in transit and the other was shipped incorrectly and therefore never made it. THIS IS NO WAY TO OPERATE A BUSINESS. Tried to verify 2 different bank accounts and ********************** has made 3 withdrawals from such accounts for a total of $960. $320 each. Supposedly they were not going to withdraw any money and only were going to verify funds. Was told it was only temporary. I ordered a bundle of three items from a seller on Poshmark. Im not a regular shopper on the site, but I was excited to receive these. They arrived quickly and were well packed. Unfortunately, one item was damaged. It was packaged well, but I understand that sometimes things happen.I contacted Poshmark the same day it was delivered and uploaded pictures showing the damage. Before a Poshmark representative even responded, the seller commented on the conversation, stating that the item didnt need to be returned and that they would credit me the value. It was only a $10 itemno harm, no foul.Unfortunately, Poshmark couldnt handle that. They ignored the sellers message and instead offered me a $5 credit to use on their site. I didnt understandif the seller had already offered me a $10 credit to my ******, why would I accept $5 off another Poshmark order?I asked for the $10 credit, but Poshmark refused. Now, to get the full credit, Im required to return the item. I dont mind doing that, but I believe the seller will have to pay the return shipping for a damaged product they cant use or resell. Why not just give me the $10 credit?Both the seller and I have gone back and forth with Poshmark representatives for three days now. We are in agreementjust issue the creditbut Poshmark refuses, claiming they cant do this. This is an absurd business practice. I just want my $10 refund. I am rejecting this response because: On January 30th, 2025, I unknowingly signed up for this service, and on February 6th, 2025, I was charged $20 without prior notification or explicit authorization. At no point did Poshmark send an email, notification, or alert informing me that the free trial was ending and that I would be charged. This lack of transparency and notification is an unfair business practice and demonstrates bad faith on their part.
I contacted Poshmark support to dispute the charge and request a refund. Their response stated that they do not issue refunds and that it was my responsibility to cancel before the trial ended. However, at no point was I notified that the trial was ending, nor was I given a clear and fair opportunity to opt out before being charged. It is standard industry practice for subscription-based services to send reminder emails or alerts before initiating billing, yet Poshmark failed to do so. This is misleading and deceptive.
Furthermore, their refusal to issue refunds, even in cases where customers were not properly notified, indicates predatory billing practices that prioritize profit over consumer fairness. I believe this violates fair business practices and consumer protection principles.
I am requesting that Poshmark issue a full refund of the $20 charge and improve its customer notification system to ensure users are informed before being billed.

I wanted to sell some cowboy boots I received for Christmas. The boots are priced at $645.00. A co-worker mentioned Poshmark for sel**ng name brand items so I downloaded the app**cation, made an account and **sted my item for sale at $600.00 for the brand new boots. I received a message saying congratulations, someone has purchased your item. Please copy and paste ** k to continue with process and it order to verify bank information for you to receive funds for the sale. I provided my information and they authenticated the information. Once all that took place, I ended up being charged $320.00 from my chime bank account. Once I rea**zed that occurred, I reached out to chime to file a dispute which was. Pointless because they have not helped any. I also contacted Poshmark thru email as they do not have a contact number. I told them what occurred and it seems **ke no one cares about my fraudulent activity.. I did purchase anything from them I was sel**ng my item and I ended ho getting scammed by money taken out of my account in the amount of $320.00 Ive contacted them twice about the issue and I have not had any luck. I am a seller having a complaint against Poshmark and Poshmark Support.Order 67ac4b2921aOac708948a91c|Tracking # ********************** Poshmark refuses to intercept this package and return it to me, the seller, after the buyer declined to receive it and requested to be hold at **** eight full days ago. According to online forums this is a tactic that buyers use to get around Poshmark strict return policy when they change their mind about a purchase. Poshmark doesnt allow returns unless the item received is not as described in the listing. But if a buyer refuses delivery thought **** indefinitely, **** eventually returns the package to the sender. The order is never delivered/fulfilled. I reached out to Poshmark Support five days after the buyer declined delivery to give them visibility of the issue. I thought that was a good amount of time given that Poshmark is required to release the earnings to the seller after three days of the delivery date. In this case the buyer declined the delivery. Some might argue that that rule should also apply if the package is undeliverable due to an intervention/request from the buyer. 8 days after the buyer declined delivery I reached out to PM support again looking for a solution, either to have the funds to be released, or to have the package sent back to me as soon as possible. Through the **** service Package Intercept at a cost of $18.35 Poshmark could return this package to me immediately, instead of waiting till the *********** decides to return the package by themselves. I suggested this to Poshmark Support and they refused to take part in the issue. Instead, they expect me to wait for three weeks after the package was sent, and over two weeks after the delivery was declined by the buyer, to even take a look at the case and work on a resolution. This situation is a loophole in the Poshmark return policy that affects buyers exclusively. Situations like this prevent sellers from getting paid at the agreed upon timeBusiness Response

Poshmark continues to run a platform that facilitates fraud and harm to their sellers. Recently a packaged was delayed with being scanned and I followed their instructions to remedy the issue, the $685 order got shipped and started tracking and then they allowed it to be cancelled. I presented the email that shows I followed their instructions as well a sent them a copy of their policy that states delayed orders cannot be cancelled. They cancelled it anyways. Im not out $685 and they refuse to release my funds. I will not be available for a return as my family member has passed away and will be gone.
