      ORDER DATE- Oct-11-2023 ORDER #*****a74b2780c80a6b88c90 ************************** Halloween Light Up Decoration WORKS!$25.00 - plus tax/shipping = Order Total: $35.20 I purchased this used item with listed damage as a small hole in the nose. The item arrived with crushed/ cracked hands and pieces of such in the bag ... I filed a request for refund, and POSHMARK refuses to refund based on the technicality that the item was "Auto-accepted" - meaning I did not file a complaint within 3 days. The facts of the item's condition at the time of arrival is irrelevant to POSHMARK, and I am stuck with an item that I cannot use, and POSHMARK and Seller are paid. In my original complaint, I advised POSHMARK that I was not home for several days before and after the date of delivery due to unavoidable circumstances. Poshmark responded citing a previous UNRELATED refund that was issued in a previous UNRELATED case, and stated that I therefore do not qualify in this case as result. The circumstances in that case were completely different and ( again) unrelated. Poshmark representatives as cited that Poshmark will not entertain the possibility of a refund based on the ***** as the delivery was AUTO-accepted.

      I am rejecting this response because: POSHMARK IS ACTING IN BAD FAITH, and giving any excuse possible to maintain their position of denial.   I indeed filed a complaint through Paypal, and Poshmark has not responded, not reimbursed to date.  I have followed all POSHMARK procedures, which did not include contacting Seller, and was denied at every turb.   At no time until their response to you has Poshmark ever advised me to contact the Seller.  Poshmark is the broker of the sales, and as such, an agent ( party to the sale) to its sellers.  Poshmark bears responsibility for interceding - at the very least- if the item arrives in worse condition and cannot be used.   I sent my payment in good faith, and expect to be treated in the same manner, as any customer/client should.

      Upon further investigation, the user did not file a formal return case on the Poshmark App. 

      As stated within Poshmarks policy found here ******************************************* a user may report any issues within 3 days from date of delivery. Since the 3 day timeframe had passed, the funds were released to the seller. This action is irreversible and a return is no longer qualified.

      I sold my shoes on poshmark on September 15th, but I don't know why he blocked my account. After blocking, I redeemed my balance on October 17th, they said that I could receive my balance within 3 days, but it has been many days now, I asked my bank, but I did not receive this order. I need an explanation from them

      On October 10th, 2023 I purchased a pair of boots for $617. The boots were then sent to Poshmark to be authenticated and then sent to me. When they arrived on October 24th, 2023 I was very excited. I bought them for an event, but discovered my item was not as described. (I will attach the listing below in the photos). Nowhere in the listing did it mention the stitching issue on the shoe, if they were brand new & authentic then why is the threading coming off before use ? With ONE try on spores formed on the shoe. In the photos you can see inconsistencies with the stitching as well. They range from large to small spacing in between. I own luxury leather sneakers, if anything they crease, but it looks as if the color faded a bit. These boots originally sell for $1600, I was told by the seller that my expectations for luxury brands are too high (I will attach conversation as well). Again I already own luxury brands and if theyre brand new the leather shouldnt be affected with a try on. My concern is the listing. Regardless of the purchase these defects were not listed. Therefore I wasnt aware of these defects before buying. I figured that would be enough for a return but it was rejected. So Im seeking help here. All of my photos that are attached will be timestamped. They will show these issues were 1. Not mentioned in the listing and 2. Present before I touched them. Im disappointed because I really liked Poshmark as a platform. Ive used it many times but they are starting to allow so many venders to sell copys and price them high with authentication. With technology I feel like we can get rid of scammers at this point. I feel like the scammers are being valued over the customers and thats disappointing.

      I am rejecting this response because: your response is clearly a lie. Everything is time stamped, at this point this response is a warning to others because we are aware of the runaround someone receives when doing business with Poshmark on BBB.

       Buyers please be warned, just buy from reputable companies that offer a warranty, the back and forth isnt worth it at all. Most luxury brands offer warrantys that will accept your return and replace the items if they are flawed or theres damage. When youre done or tired for the item, use posh to sell. Dont buy Poshmark just use it to sell.

      I am rejecting this response because: Im not wasting my time going back and forth with a company who has a large amount of unresolved BBB cases. It isnt worth my time. Ive already presented my information. As stated before it is clear that Posh needs to reevaluate the purpose of their business. Poshmark is a third party business that people use to sell items. The authentication and protection buyers policies need work, clarification and improvement. There needs to be more options when posting the listing as well so sellers can be specific on the listings.

      On 10/19 I purchased an ********* **** boot size 39, which supposedly equals to 8.5 in us sizes. I used affirm for this purchase. I received the boots and the boots seem to be smaller than described. I tried them on and it did not fit. Therefore as mentioned in the Poshmark email, if the boot is not as described. They will assist me with my return. I reached out to them and the seller. The seller was very argumentative in how the boot was as described, which is not. These boots run small, the person did not mention that. The seller still exhausted that they are true to size. When they weren't! I also reached out separately to poshmark team and they reviewed my case. And won't assist with me getting a refund because of the description was given. However, the description is incorrect. These boots runs small! Is in every review, that I have researched after the matter. Unfortunately I trusted into people being an accurate seller. I would like to just receive my money back. I have an item that does not fit and I don't want reenlist with a company who won't ***** me my refund. I don't ever want to purchase from this site! I would like my money back.

      Im a 5 star buyer and seller my closet has fashion jewelry, fashion scarves and used clothes or new with tag that dont fit me so I decided to sell them. I have recently sold 2 scarves and a pair of earrings to 2 different customers. Items got delivered today and accepted by buyer however Poshmark decides to go ahead and restrict my account without further explanation other than counterfeit item's in no moment so have sell anything with brands on them. How convenient for the company to take their Poshmark fee but not processed my seller payment. This site is a scam.

      I sold this merchandise thru Poshmark shipped them to costumer. One day before customer received order ********************** stated they cancelled the order because reason they gave it might be counterfeit. To clarify its not is just fashion scarves. As you can see in the picture I attached they charged the amount shown and took their percentage, however when they cancelled the order they didnt pay my sales money. The customer send me a text message saying she was so happy with purchase and wanted to pay me. Well Poshmark deactivated her account as well stating that solicitation of payment outside their app is violating their terms. Im asking Poshmark to release my payment for sales they did the same thing with another product I sold previously so I feel they are just scamming people with their money.

      I enrolled in a beta program for Poshmark sponsored listings called "Promoted Closet". They offered this free for beta users. You were required to enter a budget to enroll, but they were clear you would not be charged until after the free trial was over. The free trial ended and they began charging me, but I was not notified in any way that a) the free trial was ending or B) before any of the times I was charged.09/30/2023 $11.86 10/07/2023 $20.00 10/14/2023 $19.99 They charged me 3 times within the span of 1 credit card statement, so I did not notice and sign in to cancel Promoted Closet until then. But even if you cancel with budget remaining, it doesn't end the promotion. It continues to run and spend money through the end of that billing period - even after you've indicated you'd like to end the promotion and any ad spend immediately. This deviates from every other marketplace advertising platform - Amazon, Etsy, et al. I first reached out to Poshmark 10/12/23, asking for a refund for the 9/30 and 10/7 charges - then total $31.86, explaining I was upset, and that $31 is a lot for me since I've been laid off. They "sincerely apologized". I responded asking again to please refund the charges. They said I agreed to the beta terms and was "asked to note the rate and frequency at which you will be charged after the free trial or promotion period ends" and offered a $10 Posh credit. I asked to speak to someone who could help me with a refund for those two charges, as well as the now pending October 14th charge. The same person, ****, "manager of ****** Services", responded, again refusing to refund me and offering only the $10 credit. I replied that their refusal to refund, despite inadequate customer notice and it being a new, un-tested beta program, amounts to bad business practice, and that if they did not resolve the issue, I would report them to my local consumer protection office and the BBB. It has been 5 days since that email. They have not responded.

      Please read the communication between me and the seller  before purchasing the shoes. Yes it was described as size 7 but I asked the seller if they run true to size. The seller said the size 7 will fit a US size 7.5 to 8 . My husband shoes size is 8 but when we received the shoes and husband tried  them on it was bigger than size 8 it fits more like a size 9 to 9.5 . There was misrepresentation on the part of seller . I only want a full refund because I dont want to sell back the shoes I bought in same site because Im gonna loss 20% and nothing will be left on my side .       On Aug 27th, 2023. I ordered a pair of pants from Poshmark. When I received them, they were not as described. Poshmark refused to give me a refund. I then filed for a refund through Paypal. ****** said I would get my money back, so long as I returned the jeans. I sent the jeans back to the seller. ****** then refused my return because I was supposed to send it back to Poshmark headquarters, not my seller. I had no idea. I would like my money back, because I was sent the wrong item and tried to return.

      Poshmark has not made any effort to help me with this return. I am attaching proof that my item was returned to the seller.

      Upon further investigation, the user has opened a complaint with their payment processor for order #**ebae067939e4bf5362c2ad. In order to come to a resolution, Poshmark recommends the user to work directly with their payment processor and to email any additional documents to ********************************. 


      As stated in our Terms and Conditions: Buyers are solely responsible for reading and reviewing the Item listing before making an offer or purchasing. The contract to purchase is between the buyer and the Seller, not Poshmark. Upon purchasing an Item, a Buyer is obligated to remit payment for the Item to Poshmark including any shipping or additional fees listed. All Purchases are final, with no returns, refunds, cancellations, or retractions allowed, except where (a) Buyer cancels an order within three (3) hours of purchase, or (b) the Purchase is cancelled where explicitly permitted by Poshmark or where applicable, a Seller.       I have already tried to get Paypal to refund me. They rejected me because they said Poshmark told them I didn't return the items to Poshmark. I returned it to the seller.
