      On October 13, 2023, I bought a used ***** Vuitton purse. The advertisement showed an authentic used LV purse with the sewn in ********** number for $705.00. The purse arrived and its an obvious fake brand new purse without a legitimate label or ID number. I immediately reported the purse as fake. Under the POSHMARK PROTECTION, Im *********** a free authentication, the purchaser has to accept the ***************************** holds the money for three days. I did not accept the purse, again I said it was a fake & I wanted a refund. Assuming Id get a refund, I stupidly bought a second ****************** purse for $800 thinking I wouldnt be scammed twice. It was advertised as an authentic ***** Vuitton. A few days later, I took the first purse to Dillards, a reputable dealer of new ***** Vuitton ************* said it was definitely a fake LV, not authentic & I advised POSHMARK of such. In the meantime, I received an email from POSHMARK that they stand by their *********** NOT *********** a refund. *** filed several disputes & continue to send disputes, to no avail. I asked them if they would look at the ************ wont. Ive accused POSHMARK of being in on the scam. I then got an email from @jeffmmr08, a seller on POSHMARK, that the purse was on its way. I jokingly replied that it better not be a fake. He didnt reply & immediately turned to *************************** was paid. I continue to send disputes on both ********** turned in both sellers, ********************** to POSHMARK & have heard nothing. These scammers advertise authentic ***** Vuitton purses & deliver obvious fakes. I only bought the second purse thinking my $$ on the first purse would be refunded. Now I have $1,680 financed through ASSIST @ around $200 a month & two fake purses. Im taking the purses to ****** in ********** to see if they will give me something in writing that they are not authentic. I also filed a dispute with ASSIST. Im not getting anywhere with ******* afraid Im out $1,680 that I cant afford.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I was told by ********, a reputable seller of new ****************** handbags, that the first bag for $705 is definitely counterfeit. They were unable to put it in writing because they didnt sell the bag.

      When the two bags I purchased are compared with an authentic Louis ******* bag, they are obviously counterfeit. With respect to the second bag for $800, POSHMARK emailed me a return label on 11/01/23. The purse was sent to POSHMARK within 24 hours.

      I dont believe I was afforded any of the post-purchase benefits offered by POSHMARK on the first bag. I live in ******, *******, and cant find anyone who authenticates designer handbags. Im *********** a free authentication by POSHMARK since the bag was over $500.

      Under the POSHMARK Protection Plan, I was 1) required to accept the bag, which I never did.  
      2) I am *********** a free authentication since the bag was over $500, and 
      3) I was not given the three days before the money was funded.

      I feel the website for POSHMARK, especially with respect to complaints, is very difficult to navigate. My daughter, who is very technically savvy, agreed.

      My order number with Poshmark is 6522d7c12b9ba461f3eccc8c. I sold a purse to a lady and when she received the purse, she claimed that it was too small and she couldn't use it, even though I had "mini" in the listing tag. Poshmark decided to let her send me back the purse and refund her the money. When she sent the purse back to me, it went back to her (I think because of a missing letter in the city in my address) and now Poshmark has the money. I have contacted their support email several times with no reply. I tried contacting them through ******** and was told to fill out a form, which required my credit card (I refused to give it). Now, I can't get a hold of anyone and the funds are "pending" and the buyer has my purse. The buyer has not responded in the messages where I am trying to get help. I feel completely screwed by this company. Order #: 6522d7c12b9ba461f3eccc8c Order Date: Oct. 08, 2023 I have uploaded documents that show the order page, the shipping (where the purse went back to the buyer's house in *******), and the conversation in the ******** messenger between Poshmark's customer service.

      My name is ***********************, and my account name is punkgrrlstipeti. I sold one of my bags on poshmark, which is Saint Laurent's, and I did receive $240, but I don't know why the account balance is unusable. Moreover, I can no longer continue to sell the items I don't need, which shows that my account is blocked, but I don't have any violation, I think they may want to take my money away, I plan to redeem my balance, but my friend said that the balance it redeemed has been nearly two weeks, and it hasn't reached its bank yet, I suspect this is a scam, I hope it can unlock my account. I want to buy a dress that I like and I also need to reconsider using poshmark, I think they are a scam!

      What the h*** is poshmark doing?!I learned about this second-hand trading platform with my friend, and we sold the items we didn't need on it. I sold a piece of clothes on September 12th, and I should get 231 US dollars, but after I finished selling, poshmark blocked my account, and I can't continue to use this account to sell my items. This is crazy. Today, I wanted to use the balance of my account to buy my favorite bag, but it didn't even allow me to use it. I hope it can give me an explanation and restore the use of my account

      Hello, my poshmark account name is ******** I sold a piece of clothing on September 18th, my actual income is $120, but I don't know why poshmark blocked my account. Today, I want to use my balance on poshmark to buy a piece of clothing I like, but it doesn't allow me to use the balance, I don't understand, I hope it can unseal my account, thank you. I really don't understand why they would do this. Are they trying to take my money? Now I want to sell another dress that I don't want and can't sell,

      I am a Poshmark customer, selling multiple items. Since signing up a few weeks ago Ive sold two. Both times, the item sold was packed with care, and mailed out within 1 day 1/2. The last item sold was a purse which was shipped out the morning after the day it sold. Per Poshmarks terms and conditions, the buyer has 3 days, 72 hours, from delivery date to either notify them of an issue or accept the item, releasing the funds to the seller. As if 3 pm 10/27/23, Poshmark is in direct violation of its own terms and conditions. In this instance, the buyer has received the item, however has not accepted it nor did they ship it back or mention an issue. *** received no notification of an issue nor correspondence. Basically my item was stolen as I see It. Im writing to request payment in full immediately, as they are currently in breech of their own contractual obligations.

      I sold an item to a customer on ********************. The customer complained to ******************** claiming the item wasn't authentic. I sent both an email and a certificate from a 3rd authenticator stating the item was AUTHENTIC. Poshmark didn't answer any of my emails that showed proof of this and deemed my item fake. The customer got to keep my necklace and I received no payment. I've tried messaging poshmark through email and instagram and they will not respond. I want my money back.

      Order ID was 65312df04fab7b1efd2859bb Events: I ordered a pair of used shoes from Poshmark on 10/19/23. The shoes I received were the correct item in the correct size however the lining of the shoes had significant damage and did not lie flat and therefore the shoes were not wearable. I filled out the form on the Poshmark website to complain that I had received damaged shoes and included a photo. They replied on 10/23 and applied a $5 credit to my account as a courtesy but did not allow me to return the shoes. Their email said the shoes had been advertised as the correct size and therefore the shoes were not eligible for a return. Their email did not at all address the issue that the shoes were damaged and not wearable. I emailed again and stressed that the reason for the return was not that the size was wrong, it was that the lining of the shoes was damaged and therefore the shoes were unwearable, and I offered to ship the shoes to Poshmark (at my own expense) so that they could verify the damage. They emailed me a second time to say that the shoes had been correctly advertised and that I should have asked questions to make sure they would be OK. Apparently I was supposed to have asked the seller if the shoes would be in a wearable condition which was not a reasonable expectation. The opposite is actually true - I had a reasonable expectation that I would be shipped shoes that I would be able to wear. I would like to mention that I have purchased used shoes from several sites in the past and never had a problem, including a different pair that I bought on Poshmark also on 10/19 that is in excellent condition and that I am very happy with.

      First off I asked for proof of purchase before the item even arrived and it was constantly ignored. Suddenly a proof of purchase is now provided from a random website? Lol Yes **** at Saks ******* ** store said this item is not authentic but its a good fake. Just because you have tags and a dust bag doesnt make it authentic. Show me something from the brand saying its real?!? Not some random website you ordered from. You didnt post a receipt from Saks Neiman a Nordstrom Bloomingdales etc.. I simply want to return this item as it is not authentic.

      I am rejecting this response because: Poshmark was sent a letter from employee at Saks Fifth Avenue. Poshmark never replied to my evidence and denied in the seller favor because theyre a trusted seller with pre qualifications. The ruling was done unfair and I have been waiting to return this item for weeks.
