      I called the number provided on the website. I was transferred three times to different numbers because a given department was not responsible or could not handle the issue.

      I have been in contact with this company since the week I was supposed to receive my $750 pro rata payment and did not get it. Today, they said was the day the issue was resolved however, the redemption code they gave me I checked was invalid and they had to reopen my case. This will be the second time this happened. I don't know what to do at this point but this company to me is unreliable. In my opinion ******* hired a bunch of thieves to disperse what is owed to the victims of *******.

      The first card they sent was an E- card that wouldn't activate. That first representative seemed in a hurry and just gave me some"further instructions " to try after the call, and let me go. I tried them, still wouldn't activate the card so I called back and got another representative who said he'd send a physical card. Got that a week later in the mail. When I came the next day to activate it said it was expired so I called again. The next representative said they had to cancel it before I even received it because the computer showed it was a duplicate card and that they had already sent out a replacement before I even called and that u should be getting it in a few days. That was well over a week ago and I still haven't received the new replacement card. I really need that money because I've been off work due to back surgery. I'm starting to think it's a fraudulent deal.
