      There was insufficient support to explain the electronic version of the reward so I requested a plastic card---twice. Never received the first one and not sure if I will get the second one by the expiration date. Very complex process to get questions answered. It required over an hour with three transfers to three different representatives. I would not recommend.

      Only leaving this because they asked. I contacted them about never receiving a card through a ******** rebate program. They said they were having complications with one of the computer tools, and asked if they could call back in an hour. It has been 24 hours and I still have not heard back. That being said the lady in the phone was extremely nice and polite. I understand sometimes computer issues happen. Hopefully, they contact me soon with a resolution.

      This card ***** but perfect good money on it and the car has restrictions can't transfer money can't ************* can't MoneyGram can't pay my rent it's not honored everywhere MasterCard is it's a joke I got boot up Amazon because it said talk to your bank I got booted up **** to talk to your bank I got booted out of ******* bunch of s*** and then they tell me they can't give me my money back or 10 it can't send me my money in a check cool huh don't get the card

      I the past I told myself I would never use them again after I bought an e-card for my realtor, but it didnt work on her system and it took them like 3 months to get me a refund. But when a health insurance company hired another company to organize a trip for me they used this company for incidentals. It got hacked the day I was at the airport and there were multiple unauthorized charges to ****** and Chargivite. They have my zip code wrong, which messes with your account access, and they have a stack of paperwork they sent me to fill out to get the money back. Then it will take ***** days to get the refund. They have asked me to send them information that I already sent them and they just sent me a new card, which I dont need at all. This is a very inefficiently run business with limited customer service. I have never been requested to jump through such hoops for basic unauthorized purchases, which I already provided proof for. I am debating on whether to even retrieve my money with them or just distance myself as much as possible, digitally and physically. I am very disappointed with this company.

      Easy to buy and send out. Then waiting for delivery but hearing nothing was frustrating. One got delivered a few days later but only found out because recipient let me know. Had to wait quite a while before 2nd one finally arrived to recipient who again let me know. Not sure if frustration sending gifts this way is any better than frustration when sending thru mail delivery, etc and wondering if it when it will arrive after paying hard-earned money to buy and send....

      Contacted them about not receiving a card, took about a day for them to say they would send me a new one in 72 hours and it has now been 6 days since Ive contacted them and no card has been sent, I contacted them again telling them I never got the card after 72 hours and I still have yet to hear anything, pretty disappointing
