1 starI purchased a $60 gift card at my local grocery store and when attempted to use it the card was declined. I called the number on the card and was told to send proof of purchase. Nothing has been refunded to me yet. I will NEVER buy this card ever again. It's a scam!

1 starI have a suspicion they are scammers. I finally went to use my $50 card from them (giftcardmall). The transaction was denied. I checked my balance. It was still at $50. I tried making online purchases, even splitting between multiple cards, to no avail. I tried again this evening. It didn't work. I went to check the balance, only to have to re-register. Upon re-registering, I saw multiple fraudulent charges from only a few days ago (classified as ****** and ******). Apparently the company allows ******** to use the cards, or the company is the scammer. Either way, both you and the person gifting you the card, are being scammed.

1 starGiftcards.com which is under this company sells fake gift cards. I bought a gift card for $150 and it was tried at multiple locations but did not work. They are a scam.

1 starI received refund from ****** on my gift card and it has not been refunded to card. I have tried multiple times to contact. ****** said I must contact them because money was refunded. When I check transaction history it says it was.

1 starDon't purchase **** gift cards with web address **************************** my sister purchased one for over $100 dollars and sent it to my mother, we went ro use it it didn't work, we called to find out why, they asked for name phone number address, wanted a picture of the card front and back of the card along with a picture of her driver's license and a selfie holding the DL with face, torso, arms and hands showing, they say the card is registered to someone else??? 1 starThis site is a rip off, They will deduct fees from your account for: any transaction, any access and ant attempt to use the "alledged funds" shown in the account. They will trick you into loading unwanted apps that will cost you money. In the end, any funds you supposedly have in the account will be far less than whatever you end up spending and getting ripped off for. ******!

1 starBought a gift card from my local Lowes and it was not tampered with. I tried to use it the next day and it was declining. When I called customer service, I was told that someone else used the card. I sent all the required information and have to wait 3 business days to get the card unlocked with my funds back. I just want a full refund with the activation fee refunded also. First time and last time buying a gift card from this company.

1 starI have read several reviews and almost all of them are the same that happened to me, back in September I purchased a gift , tried to activate it but their website going to a fraud website. I went to use my card the next day I had $0.02 left on the card, I sent them everything they asked for and its been over a month and havent heard anything from them. This card company has to stop. They know exactly what they are doing to steal people money.

1 starWhat kind of ***** **** business is this company running?!?! I bought a gift card at a local grocery store, not realizing the back had been tampered with. When I went to gift it, I noticed and desperately tried to find out if there was a balance on it, as intended. At first, the website on the back of the card leads me to an illegitimate site that doesn't even work. Then, when I googled what a joke this company was, someone made mention of a "fake" site and provided a different one - the blackhawk one. There I found the link to the **** in-store section and it took me to a new, more legit site. However, I have to OPEN the card to enter the info that allows me to check the balance. Then, I decided to call instead, as to not tear apart the packaging. Not only does their IVR (phone prompt) take you in endless circles, but I finally hit the right combination of prompts only to be hung up on. Waited 21 minutes for someone (or someTHING) to answer and then.... silence, click. I even recorded the insanity of the situation. Now, the only way I can find out if the card has any value is by trying to use it. Which then will render it unusable if I bring it back to the store. What a crock of ish!!

1 starPurchased a **** gift card at my local kroger for my daughters birthday in July, attempted to use the gift card and found out the funds were stolen from card and use at a **********. Attempted to file a dispute but cant do anything because i no longer have receipt only physical card. There are multiple complaints of people being scammed from this comany with gift cards. ****** learned i will never purchase another gift card
