      Never, ever buy these gift cards! When starting to type the website to register the card, it will take you to a scam website. The **** website looks just like the legit website. It takes all your information and uses your gift card immediately. Gift card mall gives a phone number to call but it is automated and will tell you to go to the website. On the website to dispute charges, it asks for pictures of the card being tampered. It wasnt tampered. Gift card mall has no security to stop the scammer from creating a very similar and believable website to register the card.

      I received a GC as a birthday present and when trying to use it, it had $0 funds. I opened a dispute and they asked me to send them a current utility bill. What that has to do with anything? Asking for personal information after I already got robbed? They are a scam and they need to be prohibited to sell gift cards under ***** ***** DO BETTER AND DON'T DO BUISNESS WITH SCAMMERS!

      We received a settlement/refund from a company in the form of this Mastercard debit card. It gets denied every time I try to use it at the grocery store or online. I have had to contact them multiple times to get the card cleared and the process to do so is slow and painful. I absolutely hate this card and wish we would have got a check instead. They make it hard to use the money. I would rate them negative stars if possible.

      Difficult to work ************ info is deliberately vague.Transactions are regularly blocked.Options to convert virtual to plastic cards disappear quickly.

      I received a prepaid gift card issued by this company as a birthday gift from my 88 year old father. I used it on two small purchases, leaving over $175 as a balance. When I tried to use it again, I found it had been locked due to suspicious activity and I would need to provide a number of personal data (which included a photo of me holding my driver's license) in order to open a dispute. After more than 2 months this dispute has not been resolved and I'm out the $175. It appears this company is a **** and steal the funds from anyone unfortunate enough to get their cards.

      Horrible customer service. Opened a case with them because there’s 70$ left on my card but I can’t access it. Nothing is working, they are not following up or replying to my emails. It’s been weeks: I guess I lost 70$.

      Card holder services ***** in every way.I disputed a fraudulent charge on rewards card and it took no less than six calls to get thru to someone to at least listen.Dropped calls, hang **** transfers and more dropped calls and hang **** Finaly got forms e-mail to me to fill out and send back. That was a whole nother nightmare.Their security is obviously lacking, and they won't take responsibility for their mistakes.Most of the phone customer service **** were barley understandable.I hope it gets resolved.

      Funds from a Blackhawk gift card were stolen and its been what seems like months waiting for them to return the funds. Continue to get emails saying they are still investigating. Every email says 4 to 6 weeks to review the case. Granted its only a $100 but they are dragging this on for some reason.
