1 starClaimed card online. Followed direction to add to Virtual Wallet (apple pay). It did not work. When I called service the automated system mentioned something about card being locked. I have never locked it, this was first time even accessing website to activate it. I have been on hold now for 45+ minutes. Upon calling it said estimated wait time for the next representative was 13 minutes, then about 10 minutes into the call it told me estimated wait time is 1 minute. Now it just keeps saying all representatives are currently busy. Their service is pretty poor and their estimated wait times are entirely inaccurate. Do they even have anyone that answers the phone? 1 starNegative 1000 B E W A R E before using them for a card I received a card for a settlement and had no choice to receive the card via email. When offered an alternative payment method via link on their website to disburse funds from the card via Zelle I used. Its been over 5 weeks and havent received the funds. Its a painful process to call the customer service number and once you are able to speak to someone they arent great at communicating or listening how to resolve problem. I contacted them and they referred me to a website with no contact information and said they did their part. 1 starMy daughter got a gift card for her birthday and didnt use it before the expiration date, when I look online on their website it says they will issue you a new one but when I call the number it just hangs up on me. I called the lost or stolen number and they told me that once expired the balance goes to zero and they cannot issue me a card. I used to buy these all the time for gifts and I will no longer do that. I cant believe they would give you less than a year to use a card or you loose your money.Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.

1 starI received a prepaid card from this company. Tried to use it within the available balance and the transactions get declined. It is impossible to talk to someone in their phone support, just long prerecorded messages that are not helpful. 3 starsI will never request a Virtual Rewards Credit Card again. I didn't receive a card just an email with the account number, CV code and expiration date. You have to use it online only for the amount or less. If you use less of the amount you lose the unused balance. I entered it online with ******** and it didn't accept it and I have to wait 24 hours before I use it. When I ordered an item online with ******** it wasn't available to use. So you have to click on the registered virtual card before you pay for an item or it will automatically use the other card registered. From other people I've talked to they will never accept the virtual rewards credit card either. I will only use an actual credit card and at least you have a balance of the unused amount given.Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.

1 starNever, ever buy these gift cards! When starting to type the website to register the card, it will take you to a scam website. The **** website looks just like the legit website. It takes all your information and uses your gift card immediately. Gift card mall gives a phone number to call but it is automated and will tell you to go to the website. On the website to dispute charges, it asks for pictures of the card being tampered. It wasnt tampered. Gift card mall has no security to stop the scammer from creating a very similar and believable website to register the card.Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.
