      This company blocked my card. Ive called several times and the representative sent me an email to send back a screenshot of my original email proving I received the reward on my card. Supposedly the block was to be unblocked but NO! Then they send me another email stating they need more personal information to unblock my card and then they will make a decision. I had already gave them all the info and where I tried to use my card when it got blocked. ****** doesnt accept virtual debit cards. I tried to use it a couple times at ****** because they mistakenly told me it was all good. So my card got blocked and I wasnt informed. I called and called to get help but no one can do anything on the phone, you have to wait for an email. And then another 3-5 days for another email. They wont unblock my card over the phone with me verifying all my information. Its frustrating and making me think this is some type of scam. Hoping Ill not fight for my money in my card. I dont really know what to think of this company other that they do not help you and make it so difficult for you to get a block lifted to get your money

      Well, the representative I spoke to did take care of my problem. It was extremely hard to get through to a person. And I would have had to make a call at all. Had the website said there would be a fee if I had my gift card mailed to me.
