      I had an issue with using my e-card online and the customer service representative took care of my issue without a problem. She solved the problem with sending me a regular card to be used in any store!

      They need to fix their card security. I've had to call multiple times to get cards reissued since they unnecessarily block/lock a card after they declined a transaction from a known/reputable merchant (HotTopic dot com). It is very inconvenient.
