      I would say my experience was not great. I spoke to 3 different **** to try and locate my card but they all gave me different responses, I was given a reference code to use to call back and when I did was informed that it was not my name with that reference.I am still to have a resolution and have gone back to the company that issued the card to see what they can assist with.Neither of them know what reference number you are to use to track your card.Very unsatisfied with this service and if I had known it was a third party delivering the card I would have chose the other option. I was not even informed my personal information would be shared outside the company I was directly dealing with.

      I bought 4 new tires from Fountain Tire on May 17, 2024 and was supposed to receive a $170 rebate, a physical MasterCard. I still did not receive it by January 31, 2025 so I contacted Fountain Tire who referred the issue to Hawk Incentives. I was told by ****** *., Service Support Agent, "we have tried with information we have and there is no record of the account in our system. Contact you program administrator or sponsoring company for further assistance." I believe this is not my job to figure out what is going on wrong. I just want the physical MasterCard rebate that I was promised. Thank you for looking into this matter.

      Hello ****,Customer purchased four tires from Fountain Tire on May 17, 2024, and was promised a $170 physical MasterCard rebate. As of January 31, 2025, they have not received it. Fountain Tire referred them to Hawk Incentives, where a representative stated there was no record of the account.
