      I am so pleased with my overall experience. I received my gift sooner than I had expected for one, than I had a minor issue and the customer service agent was so helpful! I wish I remembered her name. She was so helpful and resolved the issue immediately.

      I find the lack of transparency to the end user to be very frustrating. The extreme difficulty in reaching customer service is ridiculous. I finally selected for the lost card option & was able to speak with someone. If I could cancel my e-gift cards & get my money back, I would & then would select something else.

      I had a issue with my card and reached out and their customer service responded the same day with a quick resolution and resolved my issue within less than 24 hours ! I really appreciate their fast quick customer support also their security for their card is actually great love that as well.

      Blackhawk Network caught a fictitious charge on my rewards card before I did. They put a hold on the card immediately. The only thing I wish Blackhawk would've done is send me an email or a text to let me know the card had a hold on it. I did not know the card had a hold until I went to use it and the card reader said "service error". It did not say to call my provider. BUT Blackhawk protected me/my funds and I called them and they got the issue resolved and sent me a new card. THANK YOU AGAIN!
