      The customer service agent was very helpful and provided an immediate solution concerning a card error that I was very upset about . I managed to remain calm with the help of the representative and he provided a solution that I could not get while trying to navigate through the website. Very happy with the services provided .

      It’s been difficult to access the funds on the card. I had it replaced and still it gets denied to be used, even after I have confirm my info to customer service agents, it is correct. I tried contactless/tap to pay, applying it manually to pay, online orders but it gets denied. Not very happy. I have to contact them again to find out why. I am glad I did not activate more than $50 to use this service.
