      **************** was good . Had a charge on my card that was not authorized. Told me 30 days for a resolution . It's a simple fix that does not require 30 days . My bank would have it resolved in 7 days . Your customer service line needs to be more user friendly .

      Extremely pleased with handling problem with the *** I called after losing the email related to using the virtual gift card from the ** settlement. Being 84, never used one before and was at a loss as to what to do. He quickly converted it to a plastic card that is still being processed. Very helpful and professional.
