      The rewards are not capable of being loaded to a ****** wallet or similar account. This was never converted prior to redemption. I have no need to be forced to shop online. It took 5 calls to customer service, wasting my tome through many menus, to find this out. Horrible communication.

      I had a gift card that I uploaded to my digital wallet and tried to use it. It didnt work for some reason, there was an error message stating that my new card wassuspended. I was able to call customer service and they were able to issue a new one right away.

      Card didnt arrive, had it cancelled and a second sent. Still waiting for the arrival of second requested one. Only wish that the expiration date could be extended but will work with what we get.
