      Great service. The card is easy to use and very easy to put on Apple Pay or any of the other wallets.
      Customer service is easy to get hold of and they are great at answering all questions.

      I would not recommend giving this card in place of cash. Retail options are very limited and the process to activate, get a pin, which is needed for most transactions, takes too long and is complicated. I should be able to use my money anywhere I wish. It’s embarrassing to get to check out and realize that card doesn’t work and even calling the customer service number isn’t much help.

      I have had 2 experiences: 1 was excellent as I just accessed the card & used on Amazon; the other was embarrassing as I opted for the card option & got declined twice on **********. I’m in between to be honest but willing to give it 1 more try
