      My card wasnt working all of a sudden. I had to call in only to find that it was cancelled due to potential fraud. While I appreciate that, it would have been nice if I was notified via email or phone.Instead, I had to call. My replacement card was sent, but never received so I had to call again!

      I was very pleased with the gentleman that helped resolve my issue. He was very professional and precise and knew what he was doing. I needed to speak to a supervisor which I did and the supervisor on call that evening was the best! I literally was stressing thinking it's going to be a back n forth discussion, but to my surprise there was a how can I help you?, and his first response on how he was going to take care of my problem , was exactly what I wanted to hear! He took care of it in less than 5 minutes. That's what I call customer service at its best! THANK YOU!!

      My issue was never resolved by the customer service agent. It was activated as a debit card when it should have been a credit card. Furthermore, the card was requiring a PIN number which I never set up as well. Therefore, I couldn't use it at any local merchant to redeem the entire value amount on the Digital Visa card.

      Was told to call to get activation code. They called back asking for it. I told them I never got followup email from equifax that had it. Was told someone with more access would contact me. Instead they called me and asked for activation code and said they couldn't help without it. Going in circles and resolved nothing.

      I can't use my card at any store I go to I get an error I called costumer service they issued another card but the same ting Is happening so I called again and they said they would send me a link so I can get a physical card and It's been 3 days and the email with the link was never sent.
