      **************** was a delight. The representative clearly understood my issue and help me resolve it immediately, and even showed me by telling me how to navigate on my computer inthe settings. This made the whole matter completely fixed and gave me a method of dealing with it in case I should have a future problem.

      I recently contacted customer service after having a issue with my credit card. After verification of my account I was able to use my card again. The problem was resolved in les than ten minutes . Great job guys!

      I like having a *** giftcard as a work incentive. However, I don't like that I can't use it to purchase other giftcards and the number of merchants I can use my giftcard with is/was very limited. Expanding the merchant list to include restaurants and large discount retailers like ******** and ****** would make the card more useful.

      The *** was able to guide me on getting the card loaded to my apple wallet and ***laced the defective code I had. Kudos to the ***!!These people have a grasp of what they are online to help customers with. Personally I am not a fan of virtual debit cards. Too many reasons to list.But the helpline is great!
