      Called them about an expired debit card that I'd gotten for doing a survey. The *** was extremely friendly and reissued the card with a new expiration date and waived the fee. I used it immediately. I am very pleased with the service. Sadly (as is typical these days), the phone menu didn't make it easy to speak to a ***, but I hit 0 a couple of times and got through to someone.

      The digital card and app doesnt sync in order to provide ease and use of the digital card with merchants I would suggest a physical card to prevent inconveniences while shopping also there was an experience with glitches when attempting to use the digital card for online bill payments. It was very problematic in making purchases due to the digital card not syncing when downloading the app creating an account and loading the digital card the app did not acknowledge the card being activated so the app was useless when attempting to obtain balances and transaction history it was very frustrating

      The service they provide is borderline criminal. I was to receive about $15 from a class- action settlement. This service was tasked with putting that on a debit card and electronically delivering it (they charge a fee for physical card). Upon delivery, they froze my funds, and required a utility bill and copy of a government ID to settle the matter. Their "unfreezing" note stated that I couldn't use the debit card as a partial payment, and I couldn't use it to buy a gift card (necessitating that money be left on the card for them to keep). Seriously, I don't see how this operation is legal.
      Also, they offered $10 to write a review.

      **************** was a delight. The representative clearly understood my issue and help me resolve it immediately, and even showed me by telling me how to navigate on my computer inthe settings. This made the whole matter completely fixed and gave me a method of dealing with it in case I should have a future problem.
