      I think this company engages in fraudulent business practices. I thought I ordered a gift card online from ********************. It turns out I ended up with this Blackhawk/Cashstar company. They took my money immediately and I have yet to receive my gift card. I spent 1 & 1/2 hours on the phone going in circles. Blackhawk **** claim to know nothing about cash star. I am now forced to take the problem up with my credit card company. My fault of course for assuming that I was doing business with ********************. This has been a very frustrating transaction. Beware of this company.

      Was sent an electronic gift card. When I tried to use it, the card was blocked. Contacted the company who said it was denied for possiblefraud. First time I tried to use the card. They had no explanation why it was blocked or what was fraudulent. Was a simple Online purchase. Reach the supervisor who sent me a physical card. Try to use that card and charge would not go through. Contacted the company again who claimed It was denied as a reoccurring charge. I was trying to book a 4 hr tour. One and done. No reoccurring anything. So this company clearly cannot get its act together. Strongly do not recommend ever using them.
