      Was sent an electronic gift card. When I tried to use it, the card was blocked. Contacted the company who said it was denied for possiblefraud. First time I tried to use the card. They had no explanation why it was blocked or what was fraudulent.after being on the phone for an hour with customer service they unblocked it then tried using it still doesn't work
