      My card stopped working so I called the 800 number looking for a solution. The agent was able to get the issue resolved quickly and issued me a new card number. He waited on the call until I could pull up my new virtual card. I was then able to use my new card.

      Using the funds on a card that is issued is very tedious and frustrating!!!! It continues to be declined at stores. Calling customer service isnt helpful. I recently waited 5 minutes to be told to use the website. I was in a store trying to make a purchase and dont have a computer available. So purchase was declined. Very frustrated!
