      Received a card for a settlement rebate. Was able to use the card once and then it was immediately locked for " fraud activity". I called after days was finally able to get someone on the phone. They're making me jump through hoops to unlock a card with 0 fraud activity. I'm starting to think this company is fraudulent based on the information they're asking me to submit. A selfie, a photo id, a photo of my utility bills and my email. Its literally like $150. Wild

      Very dissatisfied. Tried to use card several times with no luck. Card expired and when I called to get new card I was basically told, sorry we dont do that, nothing we can do! Kept my rebate money that was put on card! Never again!

      I am not satisfied with the cost service or use of the card. Not being able to retrieve the balance and not knowing ahead of time where I can use it is a major inconvenience especially when you are on foot!
