      My story is much like the others. I believe Alcon's rebate program to be a scam. I had my optometrist provide me with every ridiculous piece of information they required. After a week of waiting, my claim was quietly denied, with no details on their site explaining why.

      I purchased ten $100 gift cards from ********** for Christmas gifts and only one did not work. It appears it was tampered with in the store. The Blackhawk Network was useless and frequently asked for information I already sent them. I frequently felt like they never read what I sent them as I always felt they never understood the case and kept requesting stuff they already had. They seem very disorganized. They either have tons of issues with their cards or are very understaffed. Likely both. They say they may take 10 business days to respond to messages and they do take weeks to reply. I will be taking them to small claims court. I will be contacting the better business bureau and leaving them a bad review everywhere I can. They dismissed my case and did nothing for me even though they have the power to prevent this sort of crime. It's a simple fix if they cared, all they need to do is put the cards behind the tills at the cash registers or have them locked up so they can not be tampered with by criminals. This experience has turned me off from ever giving gift cards again. But NEVER BUY JOKER BRAND GIFT CARDS OR ANY OTHER CARD BLACKHAWK NETWORK MANAGES. SEE YOU IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT BLACKHAWK NETWORK

      I purchased a year supply of contacts with a $300 rebate option. I submitted my rebate, it was denied, submitted it again and it was denied, submitted a 3rd time and they told me "I'm sorry it is passed the 60 days window." Each time they denied they wouldn't give a specific reason as to what the exact issue was so I was guessing...I have a receipt uploaded, a confirmation of my eye appointment, and a qvc code from one of the boxes I purchased. I don't know what else they could possibly want. When I called to chat further about this, they were unable to re-open my claim or consider the matter further. I would never have purchase a year supply of contacts if I knew what a pain this would be. This is bad business and I won't purchase though them again.

      I received a $200.00 Gift Card issued by this company and it was already used. I tried to use it today and it was declined. I will report this company to BBB.

      Company is holding a pending charge but states for security reasons they cannot provide the gift card to me, but were unable to provide a reason - it may simply be that I was using a virtual card out of ****** wallet but they wouldn't give me any information or release the pending transaction. I requested a chat transcript so I could dispute with my credit card company and never received one.

      I consistently purchase gift cards that are distributed and services by this company. And every so often I come across issues with the cards, much more often than it should be happening. At this point I've lost 100+ maybe 200$ because of how incompetant this company is.
