1 starMisplaced a $150 card as I received it during a move to a new home. By the time I found it (packed in a box) the expiry date on the card was past. They refuse to issue a new card, despite funds expiry being illegal in ******, telling me the law does not apply to promotional cards. It says right on the front of the card FUNDS DO NOT EXPIRE. When I explained this to them then the explanation changed to oh the funds are still usable on your card even past the expiry date. GUYS, I cant activate the card on the website because of the invalid expiry date! Therefore I am unable to use the funds. Thats why I requested a replacement card! Shady at best and a complete scam at worst. Ive purchased these cards for my own customers in the past, but after my experience itll never happen again. So Im out $150 I was looking forward to using, and the company that purchased the card for me is out $150 for nothing.Funny how I just used a four year old restaurant gift card with ZERO problems.Steer clear of this company and just go get your clients a gift card for a specific store or restaurant so you know theyre not going to get screwed, and neither are you.**********Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.

1 starThis Company is a complete joke and doesnt know how to handle business Im a hard working customer Im completely ****** i bought a total of 7 gift cards totaling up to ******* on 02/20/23 @ 1:27 pm from a *************** at Lennox Mall each 1 of my cards I had a problem with all 7 declining while trying to make a purchase. So after several attempts to try to use each card I reached out to customer service not knowing about this horrible horrendous company , Blackhawk Network is who you have to contact I was told to send in a copy of my ID proof of purchase, and a picture of form of payment along with pictures of front in back of each gift card I purchased I email right over next day. After a week i was told my case was under review and was gave a case # CS9783365 and was told it will take 30 days to resolve and receive my refund its now 04/10/2023 and I still havent received my refund and its impossible to talk to someone handling the refund when I call customer service a employee keep telling me my case will be resolved in 2-3 business days and I will have to wait for a email pending results, they also tell me its a different department handling my case and its no way I can be connected . Im completely ****** that its been nearly 2 months and its no way to talk to someone about my refund I will never buy a gift from any company that deals with this company they have my money tied up , $******* to be exact and this was a gift for my kids for their birthday which turned out to be horrible for me and them . Anyone thats thinking about purchasing WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. My last email received was on 03/23/2023 saying thank you for your patience and understanding regards ****************** Client Experience Specialist II Blackhawk Network. 1 starRequires 10 (10!) images to complete I am not a robot verification while activating rebate card. Images are small, obscured, and require matching, obviously designed to tire and frustrate the consumer into giving up. 1 starWell I wish I'd googled this before using them for a mass purchase for our customers for a contest. These cards have had maybe a 50% success rate, and the only troubleshooting available is to call the company to have them walk you through how to use it, and even after that they've still been faulty. Our sales rep has been radio silent since I placed our order, there were hidden fees that had not been discussed and our hands were tied with a short turnaround time so we were stuck continuing with the order after seeing these charges.SAVE YOUR MONEY. do not buy gift cards from this company.Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.

1 starBlackhawk Network (******), **** has been absolutely horrendous at handling my dispute. I have been patient for nearly 4 months now, and they have yet to replace my card that was fraudulently used in another country before I even received it for christmas, they closed my case saying a card will be sent, I had to call back 4 or 5 times to talk to someone as nothing was delivered. Each time they said it will be re-issued and take another 21 business days. Then after the third attempt, the finally suggested they'll send a cheque, and I will receive confirmation in 24 hours. Another week goes by and no confirmation, nothing. I had to call back AGAIN to speak with a supervisor and a manager, and even then they will only send the cheque the following week and it will take another 10 business days from the day it's sent... provided they send it on time. I have requested they expedite it, and even still, the best they can do is make me wait longer and longer. I have been kind and patient with everyone I spoke to until today, where I am extremely frustrated by this very poor process and handling of my dispute. I have been on the phone for an hour, most of which was spent on hold. I DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing these cards as there is too much fraud involved, and they will force you to jump through hoops for it to be rectified. BHN is by far one of the worst companies. The staff is very nice, but it seems it's in an effort to hide the company's inability to help their customers. They just keep pushing you aside.Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.

5 starsMy spouse gave me one of two $200 cards he bought at Staples. I had immense trouble trying to register it. When I was finally able to access the online website, I discovered that someone had taken $199.95 of the funds via two transactions. I contacted BHN through the online complaint form a couple of days later. They responded immediately and opened a dispute case on February 16th. I followed their instructions on submitting the information they needed to handle my dispute. I was later requested to send additional information, which I did. They worked on my case diligently and kept me informed about the progress. Today, March 30, I received my complete refund in the mail via a new card. I am so happy.Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.
