1 star**** company, **** product, **** service, **** policy. $4.01 useless virtual debit gift card. Transferred to a usable card for transactions that are actually more than $4.01 so you can take the difference and add another payment option. Resulted in a $3 fee for sending me a piece of plastic. 1 starGift card mall makes it impossible to reach a human being. The only number listed on their card sends you to a menu with a lot of choices, but none will lead you to an agent. If you have a critical need to speak to someone about a card due to fraud for example, there is no way to reach a human. Inquiries online are answered by mail, and do not fit the problem I had.Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.

No manager contact (phone or email) for customers.
Told you'll get a call back- you don't.

1 starI had a refund that went back to my gift card and I opened up a claim since my card was expired by the time it was refunded. It has been a YEAR of multiple calls and emails with the company and they keep saying they'll send the card and they don't. They have wasted more time and company resources than issuing the refund that they confirmed they received. Steer clear of this company.Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.
