      ********* My story is the same, Too bad I can't give zero stars. This company is a scam!!! I got a gift card from *********** and right after my first purchase got hacked. I was not able to use it or even check my credit. After I contacted Blackhawk Network they told me that I needed to send them proof of purchase, but this was a gift!!!! Then they told me to wait a month to get the money remaining. After that, I contacted them again and they told me they were going to send me a card with the funds remaining. Then after another month, I contacted them for the third time and they told me they send the card Long story short... it has been more than 3 months since my incident, and every time I called the same guy was answering my calls (with the worst customer service skills). So please, avoid *********** and any company related to Blackhawk Network.So far no card came in the mail

      Had $200 taken from my credit card (how did someone get that number, I've had it for years with no problem). Called the fraud ***** of that card. Called Blackhawk Network (on my c/c it was known as BHN* Happycards). Spoke to three people who kept transferring me around. I asked where in CA they were located and was told that they are not allowed to give that information. A company that doesn't want its location known??? Anyway, they were about to xfer me again and I hung up. Called the original phone number and they kept giving me different numbers to call Do. Not. Trust. Them.

      I tried placing an order fir a gift card twice and it immediately canceled the order telling me there was information that was not verified. I checked the information and it was fine. I used another company instead.

      lve been dealing with blackhawk since *************************************************************************************************************************************************************** a card but it wouldnt work. l called them and they said they would check into it that took a few months but they finally sent me another card and low and behold it didnt work so that is 2 cards they sent me that didnt work isnt that fraud on their behalf? all l want is the $500.00 l used to by a **** card they are there to help people when people are frauded but they are doing that to me,now they tell me that l didnt get the information intime to them even though they had it all from the beginning. l think the govt should look into them to see how many people they are getting away with for not returning the money that they are helping people.

      l was never asked to give any info to the better business and was waiting to be asked what you want l have sent all info to ********** that they needed to settle this theyve had all the info from the first other wise how come they sent me 2 cards in the first place and they were fraudulant cards cause when l received them they didnt work and was promised l would get a replacement card which they said they would give me. they were the ones that told me where the card wasused and if they didnt have my card info how did they know what to look for all l want is my $500.00 and l will go away. l will send you (bbb) the info on my card so you have a copy.thank you

      l dont know how companies get away for not returning the money that they know they kept when l bought a **** and when l went to register it, it had already been used when l reported it they asked for all the information that they needed and waited and waited when everytime l asked what was going on l was told that it would take another 2 weeks till they would know anything. Finallly they accepted that the card needed to be replaced and black hawk sent me a card for only under $1.00 when l bought it for $500.00 l reported that card and was told that they would look into it mean while it took awhile and they sent me another card and it was the same as the last card . meanwhile l contacted the better business and they said that l never sent in the info that they requested and black hawk told them that l didnt send the info they needed but how they could figure that one when they had all the info from the beginning so l get screwed out of my money. l hope that everyone doesnt buy **** gift cards cause you will probably go througjh the same thing

Then they told me they were going to send me the card AGAIN.
