1 starThis review is for a SpaWish Gift Card issued by ********* ********************* Member FDIC. Distributed and serviced by Blackhawk Network **********, **** (NMLS# ******).I have been trying to receive a response and solution to my issues with my Spa Wish gift card since July 5still no response. I received a Spa Wish gift card and it says that Cards never expire right on the gift certificate. I just talked to someone at 1-8xx-xxx-7106 and they told me since I didnt activate the eGift I can no longer use it.If this is no longer the case I would like to submit a formal complaint with management.I asked been asking for a manager to please contact me ASAP to discuss the eGift I have with a balance of $50.It has now been over 2 weeks and I would like to share my review with prospective customers. Hoping others dont get scammed by Spa Wish like I did.Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.

1 starfiled an online dispute after prepaid mastercard we bought from them for our teenage daughter for her shore trip at Shoprite was hacked and entire balance was used fraudulently at a store in another state that we never visited the next day. No one gets back as promised within 3 days of an online dispute filing and automated call system terrible especially if hacked and hackers put in another zip code when registering card as you can not talk to someone without a valid zip code. We even emailed their CEO no response. Filing police report with local police who were very helpful and spoke to nice ******************* at the store in ** it happened where card was purchased. Shoprite should discontinue offering their cards at their stores as they have TERRIBLE customer service.Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.
