3 starsThis order was easy to send . Only concern was I changed my payment method== accounthad used paypal on an order in june ( which did not go thru (TWICE). So paypal put a hold on my account twice and neither paypal or blackhawk would do any thing to release the funds. Had to wait 30 day for order to time out to straighten things out.Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.

1 starShady company refused to give my refund as the merchant refunded back to the card and they see it but keep telling me that I have to go to the merchant. Which I did and have the receipt to prove it. Said that they sent emails which I did not get. I cant be the only one. Horrible customer service.Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.

1 starCard is not allowing me to purchase items online. I don't want to add the virtual card to my apple wallet so it seems there is no way to collect the $17.05 on the card. Very disappointed with the way this is being handled. Card was issued as part of a settlement. Such a scam and this should be illegal.Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.
