1 starUnfortunately, BHN has a very weak protection. I had to file a dispute, and the first thing they did was to get back to me on a "wrong transaction" that had nothing to do with my dispute and told me that I'd need to file another dispute by filling things out (what?). Then, they kept emailing me to upload evidence after evidence as if they thought I was making stuff up. They even insisted that I sent them a screenshot of my call record with the merchant. This was after I provided them with very in-depth info, including the merchants' employees that confirmed that the issue was a result of the merchant's software glitch. After 3 weeks, *** accomplished absolutely nothing to get my money back. After this experience, I will never ever buy or use any credit card or gift card issued by BHN.

1 starI can not access my money deposited into my safe with their company. It's been 24 hours and they are telling me it's a system problem and it makes take 24 48 hours longer to fix. I've read from other reviews on line this happens a lot. A class action lawsuit should be filed against this companyBlackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.
