1 starI purchased a $250.00gift card online from Cashstar(Blackhawk Network) for a steakhouse in ****** for my niece as a thank you. She waited till her birthday to use it. The restaurant would not accept it. I have the charge on my credit card statement There are hundreds of reviews online stating that this company issues fraudulent gift cards. I contacted Blackhawk. They run you in circles, asking for more information that they already have until you give up. Do not give this scam company any of your money. 1 starWas issued credit from an airline. When I tried to use a **** card issued by them I was unable to use it multiple times. Also they expire after six months. When I tried to reach any customer service their phone tree did not actually go anywhere. When you reach the last prompt asking what your question is about no button you press will advance you to a new prompt or a representative and then it will hang up on you.Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.

5 starsThis is just the best way to send something a little special to someone. This is my 4th time ordering personalized gift cards and I am just as excited as the person receiving it is. Cant wait to receive another gift card I just ordered!
