4 starsMy transactions kept getting declined. I dont understand what has been happening. The beginning was great. I called my credit card company and the issue was not on their side as my credit card was good. So I gave up trying. To much frustration

4 starsAlways a good experience, UNTIL this go round. My transaction to purchase the gift card FAILED TWICE! The THIRD TIME'S THE ****** That's why I knocked off one star. I still don't know why I had so much trouble. Whether it was on my end with my bank, or with BNH. Anyway, I hope this doesn't continue. 1 starI was given a $500 gift card through Blackhawk network. When I decided to use the card a year later I was told that a purchase had already been made on the card and the balance is only$248 They would not refund me for the fraudulent transaction since too much time had passed.
