      I was totally satisfied with my first experience purchasing the **** gift cards I needed for Christmas 2023. The variety of choices for designs and cards was awesome, and all the designs I chose were more than satisfactory. The recipients loved the cards with their names imprinted, and I loved being able to make my traditional gift a little more pleasing this year. I also liked that the fees associated with the cards were slightly less than the cards I could have purchased at my local supermarket.My order for 19 different designed **** cards was easy to place on line, and the order arrived in plenty of time for Christmas, including the few that needed to be mailed to those not able to be home for Christmas this year. Gift cards.com will definitely be my choice for all my Gift Card needs in the future.

      Ordered a Ticketmaster gift card. Money was deducted from my account. Immediately after the money was deducted, I received an email stating the purchase wasn't completed.I got nothing, and this company got to hold $200 of my money for 10 days.A quick ****** search shows that this is basically company policy. They hold hundreds of dollars of people's money for as long as they can, knowing they'll never provide the service they promise while they earn interest and laugh.This is a straight up criminal enterprise.

      Most worst experience with this fraud company. We received a virtual prepaid card with a couple of dollars from a settlement. After registering their website with name/address, the *** blocked the card, and asked utility bill, photo ID, and other information. After discussing via several phone calls/emails with different *** agents who give totally different answers(long stories with dishonest words herein...), *** finally said they will keep the money in the virtual prepaid card. Considering the time consuming to this matter, the value of prepaid card, and the worse *** customer service, we are luck not to leak our personal information to this fraud company! We will definitely avoid this fraud company for any business.

      I strongly agree. Please don't use different words to refer to the same thing in order to have more variety in the language. It is confusing as it makes the reader wonder if you are talking about something different

      Horrible experience!I applied to get gift cards for my employees. After a day of not hearing back I called and was told by someone on the phone who knew nothing about my account 'you were denied'. I asked why and they said they don't know and wouldn't help me to get any resolve or speak to anyone.

The company constantly reviews and calibrates this approach with the sole goal of rejecting fraudulent orders and approving non-fraudulent orders. Like other companies, GiftCards.com never shares any details of its fraud screening approach with any customers who have had their orders rejected. We understand it is frustrating that the reason for the security flag cannot be disclosed; however, no one other than our compliance department has access to your personal information. While we are comfortable with the accuracy of our process, we do realize that no screening process is perfect and, unfortunately, sometimes good people are impacted.       Base on my conversation with a supervisor, they can send a customer 50% of a card amount at their supervisors' discretion if the card is expired. I were promised a replacement card with 50% of initial amount by a representative on the phone, instead I received an email that denied of any amount because a supervisor decided to deny it. I understand my card was expired for a long time, but the representative know that when it was promised. According the the supervisor there is no written policy on how long before they would not send half, supervisors decide. The question is where did the money in the expired cards or lost cards went?

      Hello,The funds from the expired card you mention are returned to the issuing bank; in this case, Pathward/MetaBank. This is explicitly advised within the Terms and Conditions, and it is the responsibility of and recommendation to any cardholder to review the Terms and Conditions associated with any gift card, rewards card, promotional card, or loyalty card to ensure the cardholder is able to utilize the funds associated with the card to the best of their ability within the strictures of the card network allowances.       I was given a $250 **** Gift Card for Christmas last year. I had not attempted to use it until September this year and it was declined. I checked the balance and confirmed it was $250 and registered the card on the GiftCardmall.com website. I attempted to use it again in October when it was declined again. I then attempted to use the card a 3rd time in November and it was declined. When checking the card balance this time it was $0. I then called and was told there were 5 transactions for $49.99 for September. I then attempted to log a dispute and they asked for information that I could not provide given it was a gift. The other information requested was personal which could be used to further expose my identity. After confirming the balance in October was $250, how could there be back dated transactions for September depleting the balance. It is very clear that this company is in business to make money from selling gift cards and taking the money or it is too easy for others to steal the money. DO NOT BUY ANY GIFT CARDS THAT ARE SERVICED BY BLACKHAWK NETWORK ********** ****
